TOPIC: Beta's Uncut PMMA progress

So I had an initial thread that was a pre-op thread for me. I'll track my actual progress on this thread. I had the procedure done February 13th so it's been a little over 3 weeks at this point.
Initial stats:

5 1/4 " EL

BEG 4 1/2"
MIDSHAFT EG 5.0"
GLans 4 3/4

THis pic is the morning after. Everything looked really good.

As the swelling went down and time progressed I had some pretty serious issues:

First off, I've had retraction. My Erect length is about 4 3/4 Inch so I've lost about half an Inch. Unfortunately the shape of my shaft no longer accommodates my stretcher which was the grip system. I now have to invest in something different; probably a noose style jes extender.

I have a very uneven outcome with some substantial ridges on the left side midshaft. My entry points are also extremely hard. I've been massaging the crap out of them hoping they go away.

I have two very pronounced ridges that are noticeable when hard. THey make sex uncomfortable for both parties. I also have a hard lump on the top midshaft.

The second biggest issue is that my base skin is attached to my shaft and does not glide over my shaft. This would probably not be an issue except I'm uncut and so my skin no longer retracts properly. It just bunches up in the middle.

Does anyone have experience with these issues and no how to remedy them? Particularly the stuck skin issue?

Two and three day swelling

Sorry to hear about your issues, although I've seen similar complaints from other uncut guys so I'm sure a few of them will have some guidance to offer.

What percentage did you get and how many ccs?

1 week post op lumpiness. The swelling has subsided but the lumpiness still remains. Also on the photo with the side view that is a straight out pull, imediately behind the main swelling the skin is no longer mobile. The skin directly behind the main lump no longer glides on my shaft. this means all my skin bunches up midshaft when I try to retract my skin

I had gone in requesting 10% all around as my main priority was aesthetics and not gains. Dr C recommended 30% anyways as the outcomes were identical but with more Girth. I took his advice and received 21cc's of 30% and 6cc's of 10% near the glans.

I've emailed wade twice about the stuck skin and have not heard back.

I've had sex with two girls and the sex is pretty uncomfortable. One of my lady friends is a bit of a whino and the first two times we had sex she was pretty tipsy. She did not seem to notice. We had sex today and she was completely sober. SHe immediately noticed the different lumpy look. I let her know about the PMMA and her reactions was :

"that doesn't feel good or look natural. Is it permanent?"

I told her i was reserving judgement on the outcome until 6 months out or possibly even round 2 post 6 months.

She requested not to have sex until my penis goes back to 'normal'. Too bad because she is a firecracker in bed with an amazing bod.

The other girls is a younger 20 year old who is enchanted by the Girth and is constantly trying to go down on me but i've had to avoid it. She complains about sex because it makes her sore. I do not think she is enjoying the sex but she does make comments about my 'giant Dick' and has hopes that she'll get use to it.

I have not gotten blowjobs or let girls handle it yet as it is very noticeable even when hard. I've read a lot of reports that it is exactly the same as the shaft but I disagree although this might have to do with the distribution of PMMA. I can tell what is PMMA and what is not. The base is hard to the touch and definitely does not feel natural

on a side note the gains are pretty good. I have not measured but my guess is I gained +1" at the base and a little under 1" everywhere else. If it was more even and my skin was not glued to my shaft I'd be very happy.

Nice gains. I was thinking 10% when I get it, I was going to go to europe but decided against it because DR. N only offers 30%.

Dr.C says percentage doesn't make a difference but after reading guys threads 10% seems to have the least complications? Yes, 30 % is great for gains.

Anyone else who has only 10% like to left us know their thoughts?

Of course percentage makes a difference. I don't know why Dr C is now saying it doesn't. There are threads here where members have said Dr C told them the exact opposite. I'm sorry but Dr C clearly doesn't track his patient progress. Over the last couple of months we've had more people complaining of ridges and bumps etc than ever before and it's coincided with his use of 30%. If a material is more dense and creates a greater volume as well, then it's just plain common sense that irregularities would be more significant. If gains are 25% more with the 30%, then it makes sense that lumps would be 25% bigger and much firmer.

@beta, it sounds as if you have an issue that is caused by a tear in the fascia. The PMMA should be under the dartos and above the bucks. But it seems as if the cannula ripped a hole in the fascia, so there is nothing between the PMMA and the skin, so it has fused together.

You need to find the exact point where the skin is stuck and release it. Dr C will try and say he can free it and break it up with the cannula on round 2, but I wouldn't advise that. Buy a Nokor needle, take it with you and get Dr C to release the skin. Don't let him charge you.

Heard back from Wade this morning. He is suggesting to go in at 6 weeks post op to have the skin loosened from the shaft and fix any irregularities. Hopefully I can figure out how to fit that into my schedule and budget. If it is scar tissue formation my guess is that the earlier I go in the better.

Has anyone had this problem and had it fixed? Does anyone know what the procedure is to unstick the skin? The fascia puncture does make sense and this might explain why i can tell a difference between PMMA and normal skin. It was also very very tender at the base from the get go. If it was a puncture in the fascia it was probably counter productive to do so much massaging.

I'm still seeing minor changes from day to day. I should also state that i'm also holding out for my Foreskin to adjust to the new Girth. I did not expect such big gains and the Foreskin is still very tight when I retract it. I'll try to post new pics this weekend both Flaccid and Erect. I'm currently using a lotion for stretch marks on my shaft 2 or 3 times a day. I probably should have started this before going in for procedure.

Beta I have exactly the same issue although not sure about the skin not moving. Could be similar. I'm waiting for dr c to get back to me hope he can resolve it. I am away but have emailed skeptical he is goin to upload some photographs I have a soft lump on my right side think its just not symmetrical.

As the days go on my skin is becoming more compliant. Although the irregularities are still present, they become less visible as my skin loosens. Imagine a tight shirt vs. a loose shirt and how much the tight shirt allows you to see the contour of the form underneath. The ridges are still there but they are becoming less visible. The entry points have hard nodules that I keep massaging. This is primarily why i'm not letting the girls play with my unit. The entry nodules are VERY pronounced.

My Foreskin in particular is expanding nicely to accommodate the new Girth. As soon as I get this base skin unstuck from my shaft I will be very happy. I want to get a sewers tape soon(or whatever those tapes are called) to measure my Girth. Judging from feel though I think I'm at +1.2 inches midshaft and neck and about +1inch at the base. This puts me at around 6" Girth. However I'm now 4.74 Inch length so it's a little odd. Once I get back to 5.2" it should be better and I plan to start a rigourous strectching routine once I get a new stretcher. I'll post new pics tomorrow night I think.

very poor EQ Girth check. Finally got a tape measurer but i was at school and couldn't wait to measure. I'm probably actually at 6" fully Erect. That's +1" gains round 1. I do not want to go thick so it looks like it's just filling in gaps ridges, and unsticking the skin left for me from here on out.

I also want to start a strict stretching/Hanging routine. An advice on a good device? The grip sleeves no longer work for me.

Beta please explain your in your room steps.. Did you wrap it and if so how long did keep the wrap on? As you massaged it how ofter and how long.. Did you feel the material begin to set up at any time.. Any answers would help others... thanks richard
