the loss of NBPEL was only for a very short period, maybe a month or so.
It came back naturally without me doing any PE exercises.

I do not think anyone on here has lost any length permanently from getting PMMA.

I think the loss is mainly from the initial swelling at the base after injections.

Do you feel that wearing the autosleeve post op was effective for you? You're sitting at 6.75 mseg now? That's massive brother

also @ about 75% hard for shots also.
I think it still look very natural, just needs a little tweaking

AutoSleeve - yes I think it worked very well, as did all of my after care
I worked very hard at my after care and think results are proof of that with a mixture of "good Luck"

I'm booked in for R3 in September it now confirmed
Going for some extra Girth + address base and lump
Not sure about solution% I should go for?

Also thinking of staying in TJ, any suggestions for the night?

Marriott was nice and close. I walked back to the hotel after my appointment. Cain, you're measuring 6.75 buddy. How does the wife like that? Does it make a difference? I noticed you got great gains, I didn't study your thread carefully. You got really good gains with 30%. Does it feel natural? How has sex changed (according to you / wife)?

my wife handles that size very easily, we have always ventured on the wilder side,
Sex is very good ATM , she enjoys it much more than when I was 5 inchs.

RE-30% is no where near as realistic as 20 or10% in my opinion.
Yes you get great gain and that is what I was after.
I'm 43 married long term and 4 kids, doesn't matter that my Dick doesn't feel natural,
I have a lump and a void at the bottom

Anyone not wishing to be detected might try a different path than mine.
However I wanted maximum size, it's what I asked for & it's what I got.

I am very happy with my results, no major issues and no pain at all.

hey all, sorry its taken so long, besides being a slack arse, been away with wife and kids.

Rnd 3 has gone extremely well so far I think.

I have got some added Girth and have added a few pics from day 2 post op

I will get some more pics soon, but I will not be updating measurements for a while,
like a few others I do not want to start or encourage others to go big for big sake

Hey all my PMMA brothers, hope u are all well,
wow been a while, time flies

well all is good 3 months post op Rnd 3
no issues of any concern at all
the small mid shaft lump is now 1/2 the size it was

will do something about it in the next year or so
discussed with Wade and opted for a break of 18 months
then will do a final touch up

will post some pics of final results in next week or so

i am now 13months post OP#3 and all is good,
i still have no real issues of any kind
been a while since ive posted
