My results thus far are in my signature @ Week 7 post op
Plus + 1 Inch Flaccid Girth
Minus - .25 Inch in NBPEL
Plus + .6 Inch in mid shaft Girth
Plus + 1.5 Inchs in base Girth
Both me and missus very happy so far
Only wish close to head was thicker where they put 10% solution

Hey Cain, I wanted to ask you what do you use for the wrapping? I know that is a very important part of the healing process and whatever you used to wrap obviously did a great job. Hope everything is going good.

Hey brother here was my after care regime
Hope it helps, PM me if u need anything
I prepared 5 ways for this.

1- Bought the self attaching bandage (4 rolls) as it sticks to itself but not your skin
(however after a couple of uses it does not stick to its self real well)
Solution, i cut 4 pieces about 6-8 inches long (used these to wrap around the head from all different angles)
i then had 2 pieces about 2 feet long each. (used these to wrap from head which encompased all the smaller pieces to the base. Then i went back up shaft to just below head and back to mid shaft)
I then had a smaller piece about 8 inches long (this is the one i changed daily to finish off wrap and it would easily stick to itself and hold badage in place because its new).
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother)

2-Had a extender that i used over the first 24 hours for an hour at a time, 2 hours wrapped, then back in extender (did this whilst penis would fit in extender)
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother)

3-Consult family doctor and get a prescription of Cialis 20mg (i got a 8 pack)
(Plus i got letter from Doctor as i had to go through Australian and US customs and put it my toiletries bag with tablets- No issues)

4-Purchased Arnicare Gel when i landed in US, seemed to take my bruising away fast u can see from my pics. Rubbed it on every time i changed bandage.
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother)

5-took 2X1000mg Vitamin C tablets from 1 week prior to op and 1 week after
(got idea of a fellow PMMA brother) dont know how much it attributed to anything but i have had no issues for anything thus far touch wood.

it was all to easy with a bit of preperation
everything was back at my room and i got straight to work after get back across border

I understand there is a new PMMA they are using now
my round 1 was Metacril 20%

Hey all,
I currently still have no major or overly concerning issues to report. No lumps or pain at all, & still looks normal.
Size has not diminished since last recorded
Round 2 scheduled for April which will be 6 months between procedures
After reading a few threads of late, I believe my penis does swell after long prolonged sex sessions
As many others are now begging to report. It's very minor, and lasts a day maybe, no pain of any type or anything else unusual.
Just thought I would report now that I am looking for this type of reaction.
Will keep all my brothers posted
