D+7. Got the pics but EQ is way down. lol But still, holding steady at 6+ BSEG and 5.5 MSEG. No clue if my collagen has started yet or not. I guess I'll know when I go up from 5.5 MSEG

Hey Big J- Still lookin good. It appears you are currently at approx. 1" mseg gain? That would be an outstanding result! What is your average Flaccid length? Are you still maintaining a 5" Flaccid Girth? I'm curious to watch the results of 20% concentration recipients vs. 10% (like myself). I am really having a hard time evaluating my final outcome as it still seems vary greatly due to the cold/dry midwestern weather. I am now approximating my actual mseg gain at 3/8". Flaccid now varies from 4.5-5.25! Not cool! I used to pump daily during my morning shower (pre-PMMA) which would maintain 4.5-5 after initial swelling. I guess I'm maintaining that, so my result is now comparable to a 'post-pump' (hours afterward). I have become leary of pumping with PMMA (read the thread if curious). I will likely have a second round in the next couple months. I am 3 months post. I believe you mentioned the regular use of cialas/viagara (was that you?)? do you currently use it regularly? I haven't had a need (yet), but would get a script if I thought it would help with gains and 'winter' EQ. Did you have any previous procedures? Good luck with your progress.

Starting size also makes a big difference to gains. Those with a Girth of less than 4.5" seem to gain a fair bit more than those starting over 5".

my MSEG prior to PMMA was 4.75 so I'm sitting on a .75" gain right now. Fingers crossed that I keep that but only time will tell. My Flaccid is right at 5". My Flaccid length varies from 4 to 5.5. I had two previous surgeries - lig cut and FFT with Dr Giunta. I have never used viagra and the only Cialis I've ever taken was the one Dr C gave me 7 days ago. Good luck with your progress as well as your next procedure.

D+8. Just measured the morning wood and MSEG is still a solid 5.5 and BSEG better than 6. Could this be my low point???!!!!! I've read that most people hit their low point between days 7 and 10. Swelling is almost non existant now. Some faint bruising remains on my sac but almost completely gone. No nodules or anything weird. Dr C did a great job!!!! And my wife jumped me again yesterday afternoon - that's three times in one day! Certainly she notices the difference but hasn't said a word to me. I think I'm going to stick with the supplement cover story if it ever comes up. lol

D+8 Pics. Thanks MM. Could my collagen kick already be starting?? What is the max gain anyone has achieved on first round PMMA? I'm sure I read it somewhere but it escapes me. EP, maybe we should put together a chart of everyone who has been through this process and capture stats and issues. Kind of a stand alone document to help guys get their arms around this during decision time.

John, your results look great! Question: I am 3 days post opt and have been wrapping it most of all day with the gauze they provided. Only take it off to massage it for about 10 minutes getting it Erect from stroking it while watching porn and then rewrapping it. I have been wearing the wrap while I sleep too. Did you do the same regime?

MGB, I only wrapped it the first night and even than it stayed wrapped for a max of 3 hours before I was up and massaging it - not much sleep the first night. The rest of the time I just let it hang free. Tried to maintain an Erection as much as possible - certainly every hour and checked for anything out of the ordinary and massaged. I got 20% and after 48 hours post op it was definitely set. Yours should be set at this point as well

D+9 Pics Looks like I lost a bit more so obviously I am not at the low point yet. But bruising is gone and swelling appears to be all gone as well.

I have a general question towards PMMA and its "lowpoint".
When you are at this "lowpoint", is all the injected material of the PMMA-substance gone?
And only the collagen growth brings the new gain in Girth?

Probably know the answer already but would be nice to hear some answers for confirmation.



edit: and where does the PMMA substance go? If it is not the swelling anymore that is going back. Is it already beeing absorbed ? Or where does it somehow vanish.

D+10. Had sex last night and maybe there's a bit of swelling that pushed my numbers back up. It's either that or collagen but I wouldn't think my collagen would kick in for another week or so. Especially at my age. Regardless, very happy with how everything looks to date. I don't think I can ever be called "small" again

Sex will make it swell. My numbers are usually 1/8" - 1/4" higher after intercourse. You are still months away from your final outcome. Everything is looking great! Congratulations!
