I agree with you:- in 1st rd 20%, 2nd rd I will get definitely again 20% but in the 3rd I will try only 5% (only for touch ups).

How do you guys explained that a number of forum members have reported very similar gains at first round with 20% and 10%?. If so, what is the point of 20% at the first round?

The only explanation I have for that and I am almost sure about it:-
Dr. C. injected 10% and not 20% in these guys (esp. recently the guys who thought they got 20% but instead they actually got only 10%), and from his experience he found as all of us know that the 10% is better in regard of aesthetic result (and also Wade got only 5% and he said he got great result), he did that because he found recently most of the guys in the forum asking for the 20% they just wanted more and more Girth and some of the guys here were not so happy with the gain from the 10% (e.g. sizemic in his last 2 rds etc.).
Dr.C. wants the best result for us and I think he tried to convince most of us here in the forum that he prefers the 10%, but he found recently more guys coming and asking for the 20%, so I think he decided to do what he thinks the best for us and what his experience is telling him. And I really agree with him in that the doctor should not always agree with his patient's demand if the result will be bad for him. So he had to do that.

I am interested to know about Wade penile PMMA experience (as he said he got great result) I think we should ask him :-
1- How many cc's did he get @5% in each rd? 2- How many rounds ? 3- What is his penile status before and after // and how much gain after each rd? 4- Did he get any injection in the area just behind the glans?
I think from what he said, he has v good aesthetic result, so I wouldn't ask him about lumps or nodules.

This argument appears to be see-sawing. I followed the most recent trending advice when I had the procedure at end of october and went with 10%. M7 had his procedure the same day with 20%. I would hope the good doctor would not deceive a patient by suggesting he used 20% when indeed he used 10%. I was intending to follow the advice of several veteran members that recommended 1st round 10% (foundation), 2nd round 20%, and 3rd for touch ups with 10%/5%. I am now concerned about these potential 'texture' issues with 20% (mine feels fine), as well as the long term 'loss effect' that true veterans are reporting. As usual it appears we all are very anxious to report initial exciting gains, but less inclined to report 'loss'. It would be great to have a compilation of long term results. I have heard reports of one veteran's long term gains falling to .25 over the long term. I am unsure how many procedures that individual had, and would not divulge unless he wished to report himself. I asked the question in someone's progress thread: Is there ever an end to this? I don't think one can go beyond a 4th procedure safely. I am hoping members report back a minimum of semi-annually to maintain long term gain expectations. My last question/concern is: where is it going? Can the body metabolize it, or ...? Regards

I think this is a great question for Dr. Lemperle, I too have wondered about the permanency of PMMA induced collagen formation. I would think that since collagen production declines with age we should probably see a gradual decline of Girth over time. How long before you have half the Girth you started with? That's what I'd like to know.

30 days out and counting down!!!! I'm going with max cc's at 20% for max Girth and will worry about the look later. I think I'm big enough to handle 20+cc's Undecided on use of the cannules near the glans. Willl discuss that with Dr C when I get there. Plan on starting collagen growth enhancing supplements at the beginning of next week. Still request and welcome advice and recommendations from the guys that have already done this.

I have not discussed this with wade or Dr C yet but indicated my desires in an email. I will talk with Wade later this week but I'm sure they won't make a decision until they can get a look at me and determine what is best. I will push for max Girth but I'm not stupid and if they have a valid argument than I can go either way at this point. Bought my collagen supplements last night and quit the nicotine cold turkey - always so much easier to do when you have a purpose! lol The supplements I will try are collagen type 1 and 3 + C made by neo cell. You can get them at GNC. I will max these out, stay on a strict diet high in protein, stay off the booze and no smoking, and we'll see what my old late 40's body can do. I want 1.25" and I know that is a long shot but it's the current goal. For all of you fairly new to the whole PE thing, I measured this morning and was sitting right at 7" EL. That is a 1.25" increase from years ago when I started down this path. That actually makes me feel pretty damn good about all of this. Now Dr C just has to work some PMMA magic and give me the same number in Girth gains and I can get this out of my head and start enjoying my efforts.

Finally got a chance to post some before pics. PMMA #1 in 25 days! It can't get here fast enough. My hat is off to all of you that can manage an Erection, ruler, and camera long enough to get a decent shot. These are the best I could do this morning but they clearly show my before stats and profile. I think I am a great candidate for some heavy volume procedures which means I should get to 6" easily. Now i'm beginning to think 6.5 would be even better! lol

LOL... i agree about the whole pic thing. super 'hard' to pull off.... I think you'll be pleased. your beginning 'stats' and 'look' are similiar to mine. I had 10% one round. No problem, still on fence about percentages. Good luck.

Thanks Man. This can't happen soon enough - I've been waiting along time for something to change. If I can get above 6" EG like you have I'll be stoked. I'm a bit of a skeptic after years of PE and a failed FFT attempt. But champions never quit so here's to all champions out there!

three weeks from today!! Been Hanging for about an hour a day with medium weights. Don't want to risk any injury prior to the PMMA. Assuming I should stop all PE about 3-4 days prior? Would be nice to get stretched out to 8" (Flaccid stretch) before filling up with PMMA. Spoke with Wade and made my case for 20%. He was receptive to the conversation but stated that Dr C would make the final decision once he got inside. I'm good with that but fingers crossed that I get 20+ ccs of 20%. BJ, if they give you Newplastic, could you please ask how they can deliver 20% concentration to you since such product only comes in 5%, 10% and 30% concentration formats?
