TOPIC: mqab's PMMA log

This board and it's members have been helpful. I've decided after much research, reviewing before and after photos, and speaking with Wade at Dr. C's office to move forward with the procedure. I completed round 1 yesterday.

A little background on me. I'm 7.25 inches in length and was 5.25 inches in Girth starting at the base and ending at 4.5 inches just below the glands. I've had 2 Priapus shots from Dr. Runels. Last one was on October 1st. In short, my penis felt stronger after the first shot and it seemed to hang better. I do believe I was just starting to feel effects and once again noticed a better hang after the 2nd shot. I'm also pumping after the shots so this is contributing to Erection quality and Hanging improvements. I started Hanging 8lbs every other day for 1hr about 2 months ago, prepping for the PMMA injections.

Below is my PMMA experience.

They said I had more skin than usual for someone who is Circumcised and complimented the cut. Also, they said it hung decent which can help with good results. My small glands though could create the pig in the blanket look depending on how big I go. I'm not sure of my ultimate goal yet. I will play it by ear but am thinking 7 inches.

21cc's at 10% (for those wondering, the doc does seem willing to do 20% first round but explains why he prefers 10% so I went with it)

I'm not going to measure Girth until after collagen growth. I will however post before, day 1 and day 2 photos shortly. I will post more photos after collagen growth is final.

Everything seems well. There is some bruising/swelling and I have what feels like a small BB under the skin near the base of the penis. I was able to massage out the BB the night of the procedure (it did come and go last night) but when I awoke this morning, it was back and it cannot be massaged out. The night of the procedure it looked great in my opinion. Today it looks like it's been through a heavy weight fight.

As for Dr. Runels injections, I'm still interested in those. Would you say that it has in anyway aided in size anywhere along your penis or has it been strictly an EQ & hang benefit?

You'll be fine mqab. Thanks for sharing your experience. You had an extremely large penis (roughly same as mine) before so I'm confident you'll be a monster afterward. I look forward to your updates and please keep us informed of the BB Nodule that has drawn your attention. Also, it would help if we knew more information about you. IE: How did you find out about the procedure? How old are you? Are you married? Etc.

Don't worry about the bruising. It will pass in a few days. I took Arnica Montana and bruising was gone by day 2. Best wishes on meeting your goal.

Looks really good! On the "BB" I had something similar (I think you can see it on my right side pictures) and that went away after a couple of weeks. In any case talk to Wade on anything like that. Also don't worry if the shape is not perfectly symmetric after rnd 1 - I know they will even things out in the second go.

Also did you gain any length Hanging.. I just got back into my Hanging routine.

mqab - Repeating what has been said before, Welcome. I am interested in your take on the Priapus shots. I have now had two shots with Dr. Runels also and am wondering if you could detail that a little more. I have not seen any great results to date, but have had some positive results to report and document along with the neutral. I am waiting to see what might happen with round 2 before heading down the PMMA path. Please feel free to add to my PRFM thread. The more info the better! You are the third on the board that I know of that has also tried the priapus shot. I think I am the only one that hasn't done PMMA as of yet though. Thanks BB

I'm still in San Diego and have been at the mercy of the hotel's wifi so I've uploaded photos when I could. I will now try to answer some of the questions.

I'm 30 yrs old.

I did not gain any Erect length from Hanging but I did notice a longer Flaccid. Also consider though, that I had the Priapus shot and was pumping.

Dr. Runels seems very determined and is constantly working to improve his formula. I can say the best thing about it is peace of mind. There are no side effects that I know of other than the small punctures from the needle. No visible scars for me. My penis seemed more plump when Erect (not necessarily bigger) after the first round and I will never know for the 2nd round as I got PMMA too soon after. The 2nd round of the Priapus shot was double the amount of CC's I got in the first and he improved his method for potency. I don't recall exactly how many CC's. Half of the shot went into my glans per my request as I told him I was getting the PMMA. He said he never put that much in the glans but knew it couldn't hurt and it didn't. His theory is that of steroids and working out. Doing both will give the best results not just one. So with the shot also comes pumping often. If you stop working out and stop taking steroids you will slowly revert backwards. Same with his shot. He has told me that there may be benefit from getting the shot every 4 weeks for example while pumping but that it's not feasible to do this yet. I do think that he is onto something but it is not there yet for a dramatic size increase. He does not seem to be in it for the quick buck but long term profit. It's more like he is a scientist trying to find the magic formula and I am one of his guinea pigs. I don't mean this in a bad way as he is not experimenting with anything dangerous in my opinion. A lot of his experimentation appears to be done on himself. For someone looking for a dramatic increase in size, I would not recommend the Priapus shot...yet. For someone looking for a bit healthier, plumper penis, then it may be for you. The results may also vary as he already stipulates some may react differently.

Now for day 2 of the PMMA round 1. It doesn't look pretty but I think some of that is swelling/bruising and some may be fluid build up. Still getting my last bit of massaging in. I'm approaching the 48 hr mark and the bulges have gone down somewhat. I'm of course concerned but not worried. I know there may be some unevenness that can be corrected in subsequent rounds.

I learned of the Priapus shot before this board or PMMA by searching for advancements in PE earlier this year and found Dr. Runels website. I also read up on the Priapus shot through some forums which included Dr. Runels responses (it may have been this site's old location). I first learned of PMMA through gxr's blog and eventually found my way to this board.

Thanks mqab for your contributions. The swelling and bruising can be brutal for some. It should subside in a couple of days. Congrats again.

Swelling/bruising has gone down quite a bit. The BB feeling under the skin near the base that I mentioned previously has also gone down with the swelling but still remains. After some of the initial swelling went down, I noticed the "BB" appeared to be attached to one of my veins and the vein around it felt hardened. I also had the hardened vein feeling near the circ scar on the right and that has also gone down with swelling.

I'm curious if anybody noticed something similar to the "BB" connected to a vein or a vein feeling like it turned hard after a PMMA round?

Other than this, everything is fine and I will be in wait mode for collagen results.

I did some further research on my issue. I believe the "BB" and hard veins are "Sclerosing Lymphangitis" caused by trauma from the procedure.

I think that if I leave it alone, it will go away from what I've read. Initially I was pinching and massaging the "BB" vigorously to try and disperse PMMA, which as it turns out, probably was not PMMA. I likely prolonged the healing of the area as I did the opposite of what I should. Everything still functions well so I'm not too worried.

If anyone has experience with this, your input would be appreciated.
