Rondo,how about a 6 week update? Any change to your size? Just checking on you man.

Holy crap... it's been 6 weeks already? Man life is moving fast lately... I am currently holding steady on Erect gains. My MSEG is holding at 6.25". I have been using Cialis twice as a 'therapeutic' treatment- I think it actually adds to Girth somewhat. I'm guessing without using it I would be perhaps an 1/8" less. I've started stretching periodically and am working back up to where I started before I began PMMA. I still seem to have approx. 1/4" loss- but again, I could easily attribute this to the fact that I no longer pump daily (as I did pre-PMMA), and I had stopped stretching as well. My Flaccid is starting to 'settle' to an average of 5.75", dipping occasionally to 5.5". I strongly suspect this will eventually fall to the 5.25-5.5 range. That has been my primary goal is to maintain Flaccid length/Girth. I am now usually 5.5x5.75 fl/fg. Big J- I'm really hoping I hang on to the majority of these gains. I will say that the Erect no appears 'shorter' due to the increased Girth, so I think anything bigger without additional length will not look right. I'm also at the point where my glans matches well too- any additional Girth might look dis-proportional. I will consider a 3rd round to clear up aesthetic issues- I have some 'sporadic' unevenness that will likely resolve itself, and I have that 'spagetti strand' ring effect on the right side just along the circ-scar. I didn't have those issues post round one, so I believe that is a side-effect of 20% concentration and base injections. I had glans injections first round with near flawless aesthetics- I would likely request this on a touch-up round if they are still willing to use that technique. I am considering posting some pics, but will tell you that I use a stretcher similiar to the one pictured in your progress thread- nice results by the way- and my appearance is similiar Girth-wise; I just now fit between the rods on either side with only a slight gap starting to appear (oddly) towards the base. I do not have near the vascularity you have though- I did notice mine has become more noticeable post-PMMA. I read M7's post indicating he is now at 6" mseg down from 6.5 I believe. I was at 6.5 but am not seeing as fast of a decline and hope not to. I now plan to stretch and hopefully pump (still not sure it's a good idea post PMMA, although sizemic appears to be doing it again) to restore and perhaps gain length. I've even considered 'Hanging' to focus on length for awhile. I will also admit that I still have a fascination with the testicular enhancement as well. Now that my Dick is bigger, my Balls look small- which by the way, I have no idea how to compare...? I've seen pics and chatted with members who have had the elist implant. Getting comparable measurements is anecdotal at best. Aesthetics aren't great apparently. Cost is astronomical. I spoke with Dr. C about scrotal enhancement with PMMA. First round he said no way- this past round he said it was possible and seemed to be fishing for interest from me. They are (avantiderma) now pushing butt enhancements for men on their new brochure. I think they are looking into alternative uses for men- scrotal is something I think they are now considering... I'm sure they just need a 'guinea pig'. Not sure I want to be the first on that one, but definitely curious. Glans enhancement seems to be a dead-end with the exception of temporary fillers and pumping. I am 'content' at the moment aside from the one thing I notice about PMMA that I've discussed with several other members- the inherent 'dysmorphic effect' of it appearing and feeling to diminish with time. measurements indicate it is still big, but one feels that it is getting smaller again. I know this to be purely psychological and likely a side-effect of the reason all of us do this in the first place- as opposed to (as messageman refers to them) 'normal' dudes. Clearly we're all here because we obsess about penis size. How the hell don't you?! Anyway, things are looking good. I will see about pics. I want to pump so I can compare with how i used to measure (maximum reach in the tube after pumping- used to be 7.75", likely comparable to approximately 7.25 bone press.). I am currently 7"BPEL...sometimes really 'workin' to get there. I'll get there... Regards

Nice results Rondo. I'm really hoping for them to come up with a Glans enhancement option. I'm looking for a good pump for enhancement. Do you have one you reccommend? The only ones I see are over $200 which I think is ridiculous.

Sounds like you're right on track Rondo. Since we're with in a day of each other on round two, It will be interesting to see how we heal/grow smaller over the next 3-4 months. I am def in for a full 3d Round this fall and will likely give that one 4-5 months as well before round 4 so PMMA is def part of the 2012 and 2013 plan for hugeness! lol I'm stretching now and will start Hanging next month. New1inch- Thanks. Coincidentally I was chatting with MM about the glans options. We came to the same conclusion. The biggest cosmetic issue with shaft Girth enhancement is the inevitability of visual impact on glans size. I've yet to see anyone report on the temporary hyaluronic type fillers shown on Dr. R's site- the only report under that thread is from someone that self-injected; something I have no plans of doing or considering. I know there are several glans pumps out there, but they are essentially the same as the vacuum attachment I have for Hanging- just a shorter cylinder. I believe there are some that are more 'ergonomic' and even some that can be custom made.. .but ...? Personally I view pumping the same way I view moderate exercise- great for maintenance and temporary size (the 'pumps' of lifting), but with little sustainable gains (for those who can pile on muscle- forgive the analogy from a 'hardgainer'). Please share any links you find to this sort of device, I will do likewise. Big J- We're charting a very similiar path...but let's not talk about growing smaller ... J/k. So far I'm impressed with the retention versus 10%, although the aesthetic was much better with 10%. I'm gathering that's the trade off. I must report- I had a 'round' with the gf this past weekend that makes ME blush... whoa! No pills or any other such except a few cocktails early on that seemed to 'lubricate' matters (BTW- 'whiskeydick' in my household implies a good night for the missus... not a limp occasion by any means...). I woke the next morning and measured 6.125 Flaccid(ish). I admit I really wanted to take a pic the previous evening.. but that obviously just isn't my thing. Great EQ. I did not run to measure MSEG at that moment (that evening), but I'd have to say it likely 6.5. I'm assuming this is a 'swelling' effect due to extended sex... but maybe a sign of collagen..?? I'm skeptical of the collagen phenomenon, but will remain hopeful. I'll keep you posted and will consider pics as well. You're really telling both our stories with your pics anyway. I'm not sold on the collagen either. From what the veterans have reported, the long term gains seen post 5 months are considerably less than what we're seeing now. Don't know if that's collagen, fluid, etc. that eventually dries up and leaves you with your true PMMA gain. I'm not concerned. I'm in it to win it what ever it takes. I will for sure be going back to TJ this fall for round 3 and realistically expect another 20+ cc's of 20%. Where that leaves round 4 - I have no idea but I'll likely wait at least another three months after that round before heading back. I'm liking the Hanging but will be ultra conservative on the weight. 4 lbs hangs quite easily and I'll keep the sessions below 15 minutes for a while. I've got a log so as my length starts to come back I'll report how many hours of stretching and Hanging it took to get there. I love the Flaccid length I'm already getting from it - Hanging around 6" daily now.

Rondo,got a nice post hang ache going and just picked up three silicon ladies bathing caps at the store. I read something a long time ago about cutting rectangles from these, rolling it up on what ever size cylinder you need, taping or glueing it together, and voila, a silicon sleeve for Hanging and stretching. I know, some more of that McGyver stuff. lol I'll let you know how it works but it's cheap - 2 bucks a hat.

I am still holding onto 6.125 mid shaft as I've seen some attrition the last two weeks. I was steady at 6.25 for a long time and now only see it with perfect EQ. Admittedly I have not used Cialis in quite awhile, which tends to add up to a 1/4" in Girth. I am, however, disapointed that my Flaccid is seeming to diminish- again, I'm not sure if this is dysmorphic or a reality, but I have been measuring 5.25" periodically- usually the day after stretching. I was maintaining 6x5.5 Flaccid and am now hangin closer to 5.5x5.25. I'm considering buying a Hanger (I've been using a jes extender) and may try pumping again- I swear pumping can be addicting as it gives the glans that plump feeling that PMMA does not provide. Overall I'm still 'satisfied', but will begrudgingly admit I may have to have another procedure to even out the few aesthetic issues I have. My GF is happy and is getting annoyed by my need to question it anymore. She's also pregnant (we have been using the nova ring). I actually seriously wonder if This procedure had anything to do with that- meaning the added Girth could have moved or dislodged the ring or something.. ? Maybe far fetched, but awful coincidental. We are discussing our options- whole different story there. I have more time now and think I will post some pics to gain feedback as it might help me with these decisions. I've been following Big John's progress which is similiar to my own. I am back to my original length but think adding some by Hanging would be great before another round of PMMA. I would love to get to the holy grail of 8" but don't believe that's possible- I'd be happy with cememting 7.5 as I hover around 7 now. I've found that if I measure to the base of of the glans I get a better comparable because it's easier to measure/see. I usually measure 5.5 to base/start of glans, and my glans can appear to change with EQ. Anybody else observe that? I'm pretty close to 3 months out. Mid summer is the best time for me to schedule another round, even though I'd prefer to wait 6 months, I may decide to follow up after 4. That's still 16 weeks, which is longer than some wait. I am going to contact the clinic with pics and see what they think. M7- Do you intend to get 10% if you have another procedure, or stick with 20%? Big John, and any other '3rd rounders' (both had and considering)- Which are you considering? The 20% has definitely provided less than ideal aesthetics, so I'm a little fearful of what a third round with it might do. I'm not really convinced that 20% is actually 20% in the same way Artefil is. I can't really believe that to create a 20% solution with even distribution of beads, one can just mix 10% and 30%. I think the aesthetic issues 20% guys are seeing are from where segments of 30% solution form and are denser and have more volume. From the few pictures we've seen of the guys who have gone to Dr N in Prague, they've actually looked far smoother than the 20% patients of Dr C. I think this is because the entire solution is 30% and the entire implant forms to them same consistency.
Personally I'm only interested in the possibility of getting 10%. But if I shared the more relaxed attitude of the majority, then I'd much rather have 30% than this mixture of 10 % and 20% Dr C offers. In my opinion you can often easily tell when a guy has had 20% as it looks uneven, yet I haven't seen this really with 10% only or 30% only.

Pre alloderm,PMMA,(and lig cut?) did you where a Grower or shower ?If u can provide pre stats Flaccid even better.
Sizemic is maybe just one lucky exception. He was shower before PMMA.I wonder if besides the percentage, beeing shower or Grower is another additional critera for possible good or bad aesthetic outcome.
Regarding the 3rd round/touch up you got the rest of your life to think about the decision. No pressure in your current situation for a fast decision on the PMMA. Talk to the Doc about your wish and fear of aesthetics...think again.

@hoddle - I agree with you. I don't think a 20% solution = a mixture of 30% and 20%. It makes sense that the 30% would form differently than 10%. I'm going the 30th and want 20% since I didn't see the best gains with 10%. However, I'm concerned about aesthetics a bit. I just started seeing a new girl and she is definitely going to notice the change when I come back from SD. Going to be an interesting couple weeks.

We've all read too much. 10, then 20, then back to 10, then 30 then 10/30, then.... LOL. I agree with the assertion that this mixture to create 20% is likely the cause of aesthetic issues. I am unsure if metacrill is made at 20% or mixed? I thought this was a manufactured concentration for metacrill, but not newplastic. What about this new variety (forgot the name)? Aesthetic Girth- there is no perfect anything. I'm sure everyone on this site and others would agree this all a bit of a crap-shoot. My first PMMA was aesthetically 'perfect'... second one has a few issues, likely due to concentration. First one had minimal gains, second still holding fairly well... but with the (sigh) ineveitable attrition. Question I would ask yourself: If you are exercising safe sex with a condom- who will ever know? Even with a few bumps or lumps... isn't it easily explained away as your unique physiology- chicks (or dudes?) usually like wierd bumps and shit. Ever wonder why you don't see many dicks on display at museums compared with naked women? Because dicks are inherently 'ugly' and wierd. I say roll with a little wierdness and plunge that thing with an extra 1/2" of ugliness... HA HA! I will answer the Grower and shower thing in another post.. just had to get that out philosophical crap outta the way. Sometimes you just gotta roll with it. Aesthetic Girth- Regarding 'show-er vs. Grower': I began my journey into pe as a Grower ... probably starting in my twenties. Of course I followed the typical path, thinking first that tugging and masturbation would increase size. Did not. I then discovered the 'pump'.. first a cheap one that did not work at all, then a 'real' one that actually scared the crap out of me because of the whole turkey neck effect and blistering. First time I used a 'real' pump I thought I had destroyed my Dick. Long story short, I followed surgical PE after seeing that infamous documentary on HBO which documented that dude who had Dermal Grafts. I actually spoke to him personally a few years later as I believe he may have been working as a consultant for that doctor (who's name escapes me) performing most of the procedures at that time. He was doing Dermal Grafts and just starting alloderm. I didn't like the idea of the incisions on my butt or any of those complications, so I eventually (this took years) decided to pull the trigger on an allo/lengthening with Dr. Rosenthal. I attribute that procedure for changing me from a Grower to a shower. I followed a regimen of Hanging and pumping for years with great success... meaning I maintained a consistent 'hang' and the pumping made this results even more impressive... temporarily. Pumping soon became part of my daily regimen and would likely seem odd to an outside observer- I would always take it on vacation (carribean) and use it just before I hit the beach. I'm not of those speedo wearing wierdos, but I would get lots... and I mean lots of looks from the ladies (and men I think) at my package. Best confidence boost I've ever had in my life. I am forever in pursuit of that feeling and size to be permanent when Flaccid without the use of a pump- I don't want to be a slave to a device or tireless stretching routines. I now routinely maintain anywhere from 5.25-5.5 msfg and about 5.5fl, sometimes 6. My Erect now fluctuates between 6-6.25 mseg and I can confidently say I am 7bpel. I haven't been doing anything regularly really (pumping, stretching) for the last couple months, and even avoided this site for periods at a time... in order to regain perspective. I do believe this process can lead to an unhealthy obsession, although sometimes those are the 'goals' that keep us going. I am just now re-visiting my goals and considering implementing a pumping/stretching routine. I will say from personal experience that PMMA alone does not provide the 'full' feeling that a good pump does, likely due to the lack of glans enlargement. I read in M7's post (as well as others) that he is and has persued a pumping/Hanging/Jelqing routine. I am preparing to use my pump for the first time in many months to see what kind of results I get. I'm not expecting gains really, just maintenance. I am also going to return to a one hour per day jes-extender routine. Hanging may just be too... intense for me at this point. I've also freely admitted that I am still considering the testicular enhancement route. Unfortunately the only 'real' option available is the Elist implant which has received less than stellar reviews. It sickens me that breast implants have been around and 'perfected' for as long as they have, and no one has yet to come up with a viable and affordable testicular/scrotal enhancement. I am biding my time and following other patients reports just as I had with the other procedures. I think a scrotal/test enhancement would provide the 'lift' and support to make for a complete package, and that feeling that you're toting a weapon. I do vaguely remember (I try not to) days at the pool or in swim trunks at the beach wondering where the hell my penis went (Turtling). I 100%, unequivically would not undo what I've done to never have that feeling again. It is liberating and most likely life changing. I'm approaching a decade since I began this journey, and am still looking at options always. Testosterone therapy is on my hit list, as is the scrotal/testicular enhancement. Clearly I still have not acheived my end goal. Is there one? Good luck with your deliberation.
