Hmm, wonder why the 'chilly' 'no'. Maybe they've had a few mishaps lately injecting there. That's one of the leading factors in whether or not ill get PMMA is gap correction.

gap correction from another procedure, or from PMMA? I think they will still do it but prefer not as there have been higher complication rates. I specifically asked that they do not do circ scar or mid-shaft injection, as that appears to be highest problem area. I believe Big J had one 'glans' injection this past round? So I think they're just cautious about it. Odd, because I had it done the first time with little to no problems.

Day 5- Redness is diminishing, zig-zag line is fading. Flaccid 5.75, Another handjob proved 6.4 MSEG. I expect these numbers to fluctuate so I will not report much in the way of numbers for awhile... for my own sake. I have a slight ridge in last half Inch prior to glans, as I think would be expected. It is very gradual.. more of a dropping-off than a ridge. No irregularities or complications to report. I read an article indicating that red wine increases collagen production (seriously). It was type IV collagen? I really don't know if that was implying a good thing or bad... doesn't matter, I've got the green light on a glass of wine to support my growth! LOl... I'll do anything to justify my one vice, aside from messin with my Dick way too much. Regards

I got injections at the base only. Dr C went in from the base but deposited a small amount of PMMA right below the glans. It looks like it improved the ring effect so far. It appears that he was more successful on the left side as the ring is pretty much gone from there for now. We can work more on the right side next time! But honestly, I could care less. Ring or no ring, I want the Girth and I think most women would agree with me.

1 Week Post: No remaining bruising or 'swelling' (although I believe there is still the remnant swell that diminishes over several months). There is a healthy pinkishness and a warm sensation- not indicative of inflammation or infection.... just warm. Aesthetic is as good as I could hope. Oddly the only slight assymetry has moved from the left from first round to the right (I had asked them to compensate). This is very minor and only 'visible' when Erect as it is taper to the glans. Flaccid Girth maintaining at 5.75-6. MSEG is maintaining at 6.4. Length measured at no loss. had a bad quicky experience with morning wood- meaning it wouldn't fit all the way and it's still quite painful/sore. Definitly time to keep lube handy for those occasions. Not sure who said it- but be prepared for mandatory foreplay to wet the road. I did experience a mild swelling all day long afterward. If this thing stays this size (meaning it goes up and comes back down)- I'm done (with procedures). I am totally satisfied with this Girth for myself- and any more would possibly turn my gf off (length to Girth ratio). I agree with the whole aesthetic ratio thing: I have approx. 7"BPEL, so I would not want to surpass that with Girth. in fact, visually, I think 6.5 mseg is the biggest that still looks good for me. I would love to increase glans size and fill out the scrotum to match this shaft.. but those things are still too sketchy for me. I for one feel that PMMA is as safe as it gets in this realm of Girth enhancement. Time will tell if I change my tune. Regards

Your sporting great stats right now, Rondo. 5.75-6 Flaccid Girth is awesome, and a MSEG of 6.4 is incredible. I agree with you and wouldn't suggest going any higher than that unless you have significant length or exceptional gland size.
I'm around your length and siting at about 4.5 MSEG so I'd gladly take a solid two inches

jlmb- If I could actually remember ... ... I started this journey with maybe a little better than 4.5 mseg over a decade ago- when I first started with manual pe and stretching/pumping. Girth gains are definitely obtainable with any of these procedures/ techniques, they just become increasingly risky. I am one of those who is most appreciative of the lig cut procedure I had, which totally eliminated the whole Turtling thing- I became a 'shower' overnight (yes, I used to be a Grower... especially near a swimming pool). I wouldn't undo my own personal journey, although it has been a long one fraught with fear and anxiety about outcomes... and I'm not entirely done yet (until final results are known). You are correct about glans. I measure width/diameter at about 1.75 at flare (circ is too hard to measure), so any more Girth would start to look funny. That is the one thing I loved about pumping was the increase in glans size/appearance. I will likely look into a glans pump, as I think pumping PMMA is not the best idea (at least initially) and probably not necessary unless you want someone to think you have a firehose in your pants...

2 weeks post procedure: 6.25 mseg. Seems to be maintaining, with a few areas of 'concern' . Small ridge at circ scar mostly on right side- which is odd because that's the side they applied less material to balance things out. Also a slight depression in the skin top middle where PMMA ends. Flaccid isn't as uniform (likely due to swelling), but passed the cold pool test: went snorkeling in cold ocean water for over an hour... never went below 5.75 msfg. I am trying not to measure/obsess to much during this period as I'm sure things will change in the next few months. I do want to reflect back to point several months from now to see what changes may have occured. Oh, no Erection issues, although sex is still mildly painful without proper 'lube'. Gf doesn't like the ky stuff- it actually works too well; no friction. Au natural led to about a 30sec. orgasm. I/she will be happy if this Girth and shape are maintained. Slight ridge is not an issue in this regard. I still feel compelled to 'take it easy' for awhile more. let things settle. I may be posting for my own sake at this point.. but here goes anyway. I am/was 6.25 mseg. My Flaccid Girth has continued to diminish and I do have some length retraction. I'm finding it more and more difficult to compare as the means to measure become ... problematic. material at the base makes me measure outside of that area, and the aesthetic naturally makes it look shorter. I estimate a 1/2" retraction, as best I can tell. My FG is now closer to 5.5+, whereas it was hovering at 5.75-6 for the first two weeks. I am 2 1/2 weeks and will be upping my supplementation now (I was away from home and forgot them) of collagen 1&3 combined with hyaluro nic acid. I am still researching peptides and hgh/test supplementation, but will likely pull the trigger this week- keeps getting pushed to the back burner what with life and all. I read a post about stretching (EYG)- I am doing light stretching with a jes extender to pull back the retraction. I believe it is possible this may be the allo graft I had responding to microphages, but not sure.. who the hell knows at this point.

Hey Big J and Supa- Things are going as expected- in a very good way! I am most recently maintaining 6.25" mseg... but I measured 6.5" two days ago after taking a cialas (I do not measure post-sex often... kinda kills the mood right?) I also have a ridiculous Flaccid Girth for a day or two after sex with cialas- sometimes 6.25" fg with 6+fl! That is what I'm talkin bout! Unfortunately these things fluctuate quite a bit even now. I do, however, believe I am experiencing more of a collagen growth experience this go around compared to the 10%. My gains Erect haven't really diminished at all, but the Flaccid dipped down to a 'low' of 5.5" and now doesn't go below 5.75". Must continue this thread another time. Wanna discuss EQ, supplementation, post PMMA stretching/pumping, etc. Regards

My Flaccid is unreal too Rondo! But I experienced this after round 1 and assume that I will lose some over the next 4 weeks as I did in round 1. No clue what 6 months post op will yield but will keep posting and have no qualms about another full round for #3. Keep us posted. I'll start stretching light next week.

Big J- Great to hear you're progressing well. I have a better feeling about the retention of gains with this second round, perhaps because it's metacril but more likely because it 20% compared to the 10% I had first round. I do have some areas that are palpable around the circ scar area and a 'ribbon' that extends around towards the bottom side at this spot. This is not visible to the naked eye, and is only detectable when squeezed to bulging. I do have a slight ridge at that area, but very slight. These indications seem reasonable and also appear to be 'morphing' as either collagen is activating or...? I think it's just a part of the process. lots of settling and changing. My stats continue to fluctuate minimally.
