Had dual augmentation in 96 with a Canadian doc. Lig cut and dfg. Have a proximal lump and a gap near the glans. Def asymmetric. Much of the dfg has remained. Interested in having lump repaired and gap filled in. Expecting a couple surgeries to fix situation. Lump first, then a Girth material to fix the "gap." It would be nice to have a Girth material to give the whole a little more, but fixing asymmetry is a priority. Spoke with Solomon, Reed, and, soon, Alter.

Did that lig cut give you any length gains?

Flaccid...quite a bit. 2.5"+. Erect...maybe 1/2" if any. If I did gain 1/2" Erect, it's a stretch (HA HA HA). I really don't have accurate pre-op measurements from 15 years ago. Sorry I can't give a better answer. I do know that I've measured over 6" Erect a couple times, and that didn't happen pre-op (but maybe I could've if I really tried, but I doubt it). On the whole...not much Erect gain in length.
I'm sure I detailed my Phalloplasty history and future expectations on the old site. Should I re-tell my story, or should a moderator import my old post(s)...

I have consulted with Solomon and Reed. And will with Alter on the 19th. I'm also in contact with Wade (Dr C).
Without detailing my surgery outcome from 96', I will say that length gains came at a price. I have a hairy lump at the base. It accounts for 2" of my gained Flaccid length. Solomon said he could thin it out. Reed recommended reversal of the vy-plasty (Solomon also mentioned this as a possibility). Photos on ALter's site shows reversals of vy-plasties. I'm expecting him to suggest a similar procedure for me when I speak with him.
Oh...I did no post-op stretching. Actually, my surgeon inquired how intercourse was a few weeks post-op. He implanted a dfg... yeah...no advice not to use it for 6 weeks... things have changed in the last few decades.... BTW, I completely agree men shouldn't have sex for at least 6 weeks post-op with dfg or allo.

I had vy reversal with alter a couple years ago. My penis is in a good postition and like new. He pays attention to detail and most importantly the pene-scrotal junction.
