Nice glans, the transition was done remarkably well! I'm going to focus on transition work between the shaft and glans in Round 3, and I suspect I'll have to go with an incision near the circum-line in order to achieve more desirable results like yours.

Dr C seems to be getting very impressive aesthetic reuslts recently. This is another incredible result.

It is a good point of entry to efficiently reach and address area needed; however, it may leave a scar. At my last touch-up round, I have an entry point at the circ line that left a slight scar with skin discoloration (lighter in color). With those that have similar skin complexion, be advised. In fairness, it may return to normal skin color, in due time.
If I am not mistaken, GSXR750 opted out of accessing the below glans area via circ line entry. He had above such concerns. His final choice was to access area via traditional method...from base to glans area. Reportedly, it was slightly painful.

I do have those concerns as well. It is a bit of a dilemma since my shaft's "neck" just before the glans really needs more work, but after 2 Rounds, Dr. C has managed to only access it in patches. Every penis is different. You can see my original shaft a tiny fraction of an Inch just before the glans and just below it is a small area of patchy PMMA which moves its way into the mid-shaft. Mid-shaft to base is excellent, however the area just above Circumcision line needs the most work. I intend to take a picture of this before I get any more work done.
I will say that an improvement was made after Round 2, and that it is conceivable that the development of transition can continue to be built on via base injections however Dr. C will be the judge of this. Wade suggested that a circum-entry point may be necessary - but we all know of the added risks. The skin there is tighter & thinner, and theoretically more susceptible to complication (i.e. Nodule formation). While they appear to be treatable, I'm not financially prepared to travel when I want in the event of such complications - furthering my dilemma.
I'll obviously leave it to Dr. C, however, I'd ask if we could attempt basal injections one more time, and if not successful, will use a 4th (and possibly even 5th) round centered solely on touch-up work via circum-entry. Each penis is unique in how it "takes" the PMMA, and it appears the area between the glans and the circum-line are not so accommodating for me
GSXR has a similar issue aesthetically if you look at his photos, however I'd say mine is a little bit more pronounced.
I am, overall, very satisfied at this moment in time.

Hijack away. In a month I'll know if any Revision will be needed myself but so far it sounds like I have been lucky in how well the PMMA took so symmetrically along the shaft. The circ line for me did get pulled taught and became rough to the touch (even wade commented during round 2) but is starting to soften. He said it should. I do occasionally massage vitamin e oil in but it could just be normal healing as that skin has never had such tension on it, especially continuously. I'm trying to put together some better comparison pics from pre-PMMA to rounds 1&2. If u look closely I do bulge a bit more on the outer right side nearer the glans when Erect. Hardly an issue but wish I'd have massaged it more during that first 48hrs. Will decide if it's an issue after collagen growth completes. Again I can't thank all you guys enough. 20years I've looked into surgical PE and this is where I settled. No regrets.

Wife here. I thought I would mention that I am very happy with the latest results, again. Hubby says he can feel me totally and I can certainly feel him. A funny note is that I now require a bit more prep time before entry. I am not complaining about that, though

Terrible resolution but it's only a 1st try on a side by side pic. I wonder what new injection he's refering to. He did say he was using a smaller needle/canula (sp) than before and he really liked it. Wonder if thats what he meant?

12 days post op round 2 and I am up to 5 5/8" mid-shaft Erect and 6" base Erect.

1/8" growth in just a few days. So far so good. Pretty even for the most part too.

I put a condom pic in because I had to test it. A regular Trojan Ultra Thin absolutely hurt trying to roll it on over the start of the PMMA thickness behind the glans. This pic shows a Trojan Magnum which rolled on much better and clearly will stay put. I know condoms will stretch a rediculous amount but I just don't see the point in cutting my circulation down, and besides...It's a freakin Magnum! I used to special order "Snugger Fit"from Lifestyles! Like I said...so far so Good!

PMMAallTHEway - Those photos near the glan look identical, he used the newer smaller canula as well and remarked how he should give it to me as a souvenir how expensive the smaller ones were.Last time he went closer to the circ scar did he come that close to the glan for you round 1?

He really did. He had the larger canula shoved all the way to the glans from the base injection site of round 1. It was kinda scary watching him force it through the tissue that far and not puncture through but it seems to have worked out well. Does that answer your question ok?

Darn EP...just gonna hafta live with that lol! Seriously though thanks for helping me know I'm not imagining things. This is one cool journey...hope your is going well as you specifically were my inspiriation! Thank you!!

Tomorrow will be 2wks post op. Bruising gone long ago as pics show but should mention I'm still achy sore inside the shaft when Erect. Have had sex and Dr said that would be ok but too sore to finish. Better each day but for those having this done it's worth mentioning. Shoulda said so in my 1st post I guess. Sry.

Depending on one's length, Dr. Casavantes will have no choice but to enter from both the base and the glans as was my case. No biggie. I did require more lidocaine than normal. Doc said I have a very sensitive penis and that is quite a tribute to the restorative work of Dr. Egydio. Even with anesthetic, M7 could feel his glans quite well. Everyone is different.

Well...as is the way of PMMA, my hopes must be put on hold.

About Saturday, which would be 3 weeks post op round 2, I dropped a bit in size. I know it will return but darn it! lol!!

I'm at 4 3/4"mid Girth Flaccid. That's down from a solid 5 1/8" I had for almost 3 weeks straight. Lessons remembered and learned. Will try to do an Erect measurment but not tonight. Fingers crossed about that 6"Doc was confident of.
