I really now want to know a lot nore about the lig cutting through the scrotum details as I think I wanna go a little longer too. Any advice is appreciated. Scrotal webbing will need addressed too if I do that.

That molding was a great idea, I hope you'll post later photos at various weeks of collagen buildup with your original mold as an indicator. Way COOL.

The more I talk to my wife who's going with me for round 2 about seeing Dr Commacho about lig cutting the more she's become scared about the risks of it. Mostly angle changes and control. The actual procedure as well. Me? I am jumping at the bit but have to set her at ease. Who here has had the Dr Commacho experience? Any info or direction would be appreciated.

Looking great! Man you are definitely a bruiser like gsxr mentioned. I know its early but that's pretty good work as far as evenness and contour is concerned (with swelling taken into consideration). Good luck on your progress!

Thanks guys! I love it. Looks totally natural and seems to be at a steady 5" mid EG so hopefullly I can get to 5 1/4" after collagen build up, thus giving me 3/4" gain. I go back Sat the 15th of Oct for round 2. Wife going with me this time.

Not sure how othe than nature but the manual PE I did for a year tom go from 5.2" BPEL to 6" has retracted some. I really hadn't done a full on Erection bone pressed measurement in a long time. Regrettably I am at a solid 5.5"

Wife is way against lig cutting. She's just scared its too invasive so I'll revisit that later. Til then I'm going for my original goal of 6" EG with PMMA.

Wife here. I gotta admit that I did not feel this procedure was necessary--at least not for my satisfaction. However, once I realized my guy wasnt getting all the satisfaction he should from sex, I absolutely was glad for this board so he could get all kinds of information.

I didn't expect big gains from this first go-around but what he has gained is quite pleasing to both of us. I worried that he wouldn't be able to attain the same level of hardness (he has always been VERY rigid when Erect) but he's the same post-op in that respect. The extra Girth we have to play with now is great. We've had some pretty intense sessions that have ended with everyone being happy.

I think one of the best things for him has been that even in a Flaccid state, he still has a feeling of "more". Several years ago I had breast augmentation so I do understand that change in confidence level. This has been a good experience for both of us and I look forward to going with him on the next go-around in October.

How much PMMA did Dr C inject and was it all 10%?

Such a cool and understanding wife,mine says she will support me and my efforts but can tell she don't want me to do it.But then again if I have to pay for to get tummy tuck in the future them why can't I get surgery too?she wants to fell beter about her self,and so do I.Once she told me my Dick was the smallest she had,but it don't really mater to her.Now I want size to make her eyes roll.
