@ Hoover- check out post 45 on page 3- You will see my hybrid Vac/Noose Hanger. It doesnt touch the PMMA area. Also- if after 6 weeks I see some irregularities I will have them corrected during my 2nd PMMA procedure.
As for the incision placement- I dont scar well and I didnt want anything noticable at all. The YV would be very noticable, the incision on the scrotum will be hidden in the wrinkles and if anyone was to see it I could easy say I had a cyst removed or something. Cant really explain away the yv scar.

You're fortunate to have been able to get this procedure I had tried to negotiate only a few short months ago. I was told then by Wade that Dr Comacho-Melo would only do it through the pelvis and not the scrotum, so I skipped the lengthening entirely. I think though that I would have done just like you had they offered me this possibility back in June... Congrats!
By the way how much recovery time did they recommend prior to sex after lengthening, and how long does it take for the scrotal scarring to heal and become invisible?

Hunk - They told me to wait 4-6 weeks before sex. As for the scar- He said it can take a few months before the redness disappears. But the placement is what hides it more than anything. Rt now my testes are swollen so there are no wrinkles but when the swelling goes down it will barely be noticeable.

I thought I would give everyone a quick overview of how my surgery day went.

I first went to Dr.C's office which is on the 11th floor and they took some pre-op pics, then they took me to Dr. Camachos office on the 7th floor. He then took some more pre-op pics and we talked about the procedure. They then took me down the hall to the operating center. I waited in a standard hospital bed with an IV for approx 30 mins then they took me into the operating room a few doors down. Dr. C was there waiting and he and Wade performed the PMMA procedure first. Dr. Camacho was there observing. Then once Dr. C was finished Dr. Camacho took over and Dr. C observed. I woke up back in the hospital bed and rested for about 45 mins. Then Wade came in and escorted me back down to Dr C's office. On the way down I told him the gap was noticable and if he thought Dr. C would try and put some 5% in. He said sure. So when we got back to Dr. C's office I sat in his chair and they agreed with me on the gap and said when they tried the 10% below the galns it just kept coming back down. So they then inserted the canula (sp?) rt below the glans (not the base as before) with 2 more CC's of 5% PMMA. Then I got dressed and waited for the shuttle.

bigwheels, my appointment is on the 19th and it was only scheduled as a consultation. Are there any questions or anything you can think of that i should ask both dr's? Also did you first have a consultation or did you do it all in one shot? I am thinking now to bring the money with me and if all my inquiries are satisfied to possibly have it done that day, both procedures. About how long did the whole day take from start to finish? Also when in the shuttle do you have to get out when crossing the border? im curious only because i would like to where my extender directly after the procedures, but i think the ligament cut may make that impossible... feel free to PM me if you'd like

@swampman One thing I would be interested in knowing is (a) how many patients has Dr C treated total with PMMA int he penis (b) how many did he have to administer steroid injections to, such as the Kenalog, later down the line and (c) what percentage of patients he has treated with PMMA in the penis have had the Kenalog injection later.

Anything can be, but both these doctors have many patients and overbooked schedules. So it seems at least unlikely that out of the blue they'd both be able to accommodate your optimistic spontaneous request for instant service without prior scheduling...

I did my consultation via email. I arrived at 10am and didnt get out of there until 5pm. Like HC said I doubt last minute would work. AS for the border- Just were the wrap Dr. C provides and then when you get home apply the your extender

EP- yeah I was supprised to at how little I bruiesed. My bruises were gone at day 4. My scrotum however is still bruised. Wade said I had a lot of extra skin which made it easier fot them. maybe that could be why i didn bruise much. ???

Bruising and swelling is in most cases an unpredictable reaction of the body and its fluids to trauma. Some people bruise a lot and others little, and the same person may bruise easily somewhere and not elsewhere on their body. So I guess it has to do with a number of physiological reactions to invasive shocks.

day 7, swelling is almost all gone. Penis is close to original size. I have heard day 7 is the low point and seems this true for me also. Length- definitely a gain of about 1 Inch Flaccid. I havent measured Erect because base/pubic region is still swollen.

Its all upwards from here. I am sure it is hard to be patient and wait the time needed to build back up.
