@gamecock- I have no problem Hanging 12lbs. However- I use the red sleeve and then put the blue over it. It makes a big difference. Also- I hang in 15-20 min intervals- max 30 mins. Take sleeve off for a few minutes for blood flow and then repeat.

Could you describe your typical Hanging routine for one day? I hear a lot of different things about whether people do one hour a day in 15 minute chunks close together, or whether they space them out over the day, etc. What did the doctor tell you?

For example, are you doing 15 minutes separated by several hours (morning, afternoon, evening, night)? Or are you doing 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off, times four?

I hang for 1 hr a day. 10-12lbs in 15min intervals example. 15 mins 3 minute rest 15 minutes 3 minute rest. and so on....

Rt Below Glans- To hard to get a good measurement due to ring!!!
Mid shaft: 5.38 so only 3/8ths gain
Base: 5.75 so .625 or 5/8ths gain

I am am thinking it will take 3 sessions (2 full and then a half) to get to where I want to be.

Length- My ave is now 6.375 up from 6.25 I havent measured morning wood which where I would reach 6.5 other than when having sex. 1/8th gain is not enough to know whether its from the lig cut and hanging or just miss measurement or erection quality. But it is good to use as motivation!!!

Overall- I am pleased with my progress. I wish I didnt get the ring but I know that it can be fixed. There are some minor aesthetic issues on left side near base but a very easy fix as well. I do like the feel of the PMMA and how my Flaccid hangs due to PMMA and Lig cut. Im about 5+ Flaccid now.
Would I do it all over again- still very early in the process but as of rt now yes!

looking good man. my PMMA trip is coming next Wed.. I will ask Dr. about 'the ring' issue.

Nice gain man , dont worry about the ring, most of it will be corrected in the 2nd session but I am interested to know some points :-
1- As far as I remember you had 18 cc 10% for the shaft and then you have noticed the gap rt behind the glans and Dr.C. injected another 3 cc in this area but it was 5%.
Is that the area (the ring) where (5%conc.) has been injected ?
2- Does the ring feels softer or firmer than the rest of the shaft ?
3- IMO to solve or reduce this problem in the future is when they wrap the penis it should be wrapped a bit tighter (only in this area for more compression) than the rest of the shaft, @whattime if you could bring these pictures with you and show Dr.C. and ask him about this point, please.
I think the skin in this ring area is usually looser than the rest of the shaft so it could be the reason or it could be there is some movement of the PMMA due to gravity in the 1st 24 hrs so by compressing (mildly) this area (before wrapping the whole shaft) with the bandages or (with steri-streps) more than the rest esp. in the 1st 48 hrs will reduce this ring issue (IMO).
bigwheels, as I said before dont worry I am sure Dr.C. can easily correct this problem :- he can easily inject proximal to the ring (the shaft) without any problem but the most important is to inject a small amount distal to the ring just to taper it (between the glans and the ring) and I am sure in your case the skin in this area (in front of the ring) is not so tight in Flaccid.

2- Does the ring feels softer or firmer than the rest of the shaft ? It is slightly firmer. I believe my ring is larger than usually because I have a crazy vein that goes from rt to lft rt where the ring is.

My ring was pretty immediate. Dr C said the 10% PMMA wouldnt stay rt below my glans and kept pushing it back. Plus Wade stated I have a lot of extra skin which is good for the final outcome but usually mean a larger ring. So What I am saying is I think the ring outcome is based on you genetics ie penis, skin etc.

I dont believe its gravity. I think that when he injects rt below the glans it either stays or it gets push back and it accumulates where it can-- the loosest softest skin which is rt above the circ scar for most.

hey bigwheels- when did the soreness go away, and allow you to begin stretching? I am now 3.5 days post op and im really tender in the pelvic area as well as below the testicles in the area underneath...
im just afraid i may lose some length if i do not start stretching soon...

Swampman- The tenderness took a good 2-3 weeks for it to completely go away. I hung 1-3 lbs starting week 2. I waited to week 4 before I really started to hang heavy. FYI- He places a fat pat between the lig cut so you shouldnt have any retraction.

BW- Thanks for that info, it helped a lot. I will wait until week 2 before any stretching or Hanging takes place... hope you are doing well sir!

he puts your own fat pad between the lig cut?
