I am wondering how girls have reacted to your procedure. I do not mean in terms of the size and look, but rather what they thought about you getting enlargement done in the first place?

Do girls find this weird? Do they generally support us as long as we have a good reason and are doing it for ourselves? Do they respect that we are making our lives better?

This can be for wives or just any hookups that you have told.

Most guys who report sharing it often do so with significant others (e.g. wives), and it isn't common to see men solicit this information to casual hookups. I personally have had positive reception to my girth, but none were the wiser. Or if they did have suspicion, they either were respectful enough not to suggest it and/or didn't have enough evidence (since this procedure isn't so mainstream) to prove it.

I believe this has been asked before on the old forums PhalloBoards 2.0 , but wouldn't hurt to have a more up-to-date chat on it.

Great question! While not specifically asked, I think it is very important to point out that results and the opinion of the patient and partners almost always change over time. This means that many procedures are met with less favor, particularly from the patient's view, until 3, 6, or even 12 months out. Overall, it usually gets better with time.

I have had multiple partners, and my overall opinion is they (partners) generally do not think of anything as fake, UNLESS go take it too far. These are rare procedures to the public view, and as such there is less thought of such. If these procedures were as popular as breast augmentation…different outcomes. If you have a partner who knows or has seen before and after, that will pose a likely recognized outcome, particularly if short time lapse between procedures. Follow your post-op care with care, use only good doctors, and your odds are good that you will receive a boost in confidence and outlook.

For those you DO TELL, it's case by case - most will affirm you are fine and do not need it - which is both true and thoughtful. But if you associate it with you want it and liken it to a girl getting a boob job, most will support you and give honest feedback. Be aware, they will not understand the risks, and there are more here than in a common boob job.

Tip: I suggest you have a trusted friend or resource (perhaps someone on this forum) to assist you to not go too far on size-related issues, and even ask your doctor to advise you before you are about to take something beyond "normal acceptance." Normal acceptance is based on both overall averages or expectations as well as normal for just how much is reasonable to change about your original size, etc.

I still don’t understand why some of you guys refer to this as “risky.” You say it’s more risky than a boob job, but I really feel from all the research I’ve done that if you go to someone like Avanti or Rupeka and take a conservative approach, you are almost certainly getting great results. Maybe the occasional Nodule here and there but then can be fixed and who really cares in the first place.

The cliffnotes reply:

1. Risk of any surgery or procedure always include risk of infection.
2. Risk of disappointing results. Suggestion look at the best posted before and after pics on various doctor sites, even with the best, some after photos will likely cause you pause as to whether they were as you would expect or want.
3. Risk of higher cost...whether correction or wanting more, wanting different can spiral out of control. Many men here started with a 5-15k cost only to now have spent over 2x or 3x what they "thought" when they signed up. Wishful thinking is powerful! And never under estimate the power of denial. Most women I have told who I have been with before the procedure said I didn't need it. After having sex after they told me the sex based on my size alone is now 10/10 compared to 6/10

Women I may have told in casual conversation, end up wanting to see the before and after, are impressed and usually want me to fuck them in 4-5 business days

Actually there can be fatal risks associated with dermal fillers for GE. One such is if the filler is inejcted into a vesssel , specifically a vein and it travels up iliac vein to the and then lodged in the lung, this is called a Pulmonary embolism which can be fatal. (There is a case report in the literature of a patient receiving dermal fillers that died from this complication the next day. The other catastrophic (meaning to the patient) is if the filler was accidentally injected into an artery which blocked the flow of blood into the skin causing skin necrosis. Basically the skin loses blood supply and dies, turning black and eventually scarring, which would be terrible for any patient undergoing this procedure. A severe enough infection/cellulitis can lead to Fourniers gangrene which is also life threatening and requires surgical wash out of the entire pelvis and IV antibiotics for weeks.
The more "benign" complications include nodules, inflammatory granuloma, hematoma, cellulitis.
Although the severe ones are extremely extremely rare, any person offering these procedures should be aware of these possibilities and know what to do or how to recognize these complications. I previously worked as an emergency room physician for over 20 years so Ive seen it all.
Also that is why I am a litte wary of offering training to other medical providers other than PA, NP, or MD/DO because they may not be able to handle or recognize any of these life threatening complications.

Definitely not advocating for being a worry wart....but just be safe out there!!!

I wanted to confirm Dr. Tsay's words. Every time you undergo a filler injection procedure there is a potential risk. For those who do not know my story, I got infected 2 weeks after the third round, 8 months have passed and despite antibiotic treatments and Circumcision I have not completely healed, my skin is still inflamed in color, some days I have a bearable but annoying burning sensation especially with jeans and underwear, I go out as much as possible in sweatpants and without underwear, I have lost all the gains from the third round, I have the same measurements as the second round, I started Caverject because my head was no longer working from depression and the fear of having to undergo total Removal surgery, no doctor can tell you if there is biofilm inside the PMMA because only a biopsy under the microscope would give a diagnosis and no doctor takes the responsibility of doing it if the situation is not extremely serious. I live in fear that my immune system will fail me and the infection, if it is latent, will reawaken. I ruined my life and I'm learning to accept it so as not to sink and end up in psychoanalysis. The only positive thing is that during sexual intercourse I have no pain or burning and I'm having sex 3-4 times a week plus oral sex, my wife has understood that for me having sex often and seeing that everything works normally is the only way to make me feel alive and not fall into depression. I hope in the future to find a balance in my life but we only have one Dick and tragedies don't always happen only to others, it can also happen to us from one day to the next. The difference in measurements for me was important having the same partner, I started 6.5 x 4.9 and ended up with a 6.5 x 5.9. I'm sorry because after the third round despite the infection I was 6.25 for about 4 months then I dropped a lot, I think the lymph fluid distorted the measurements, now I've been stable for a few months, I hope not to drop further in the future it would be depressing, my wife is super satisfied not only with the measurements but with the duration which has remained unchanged despite the greater weight I have, I think that 6.5 x 6 is an extremely satisfying measurement for most women. My wife is satisfied that I stopped after a few injections of caverject because I had exaggerated erections for hours but mental desperation also led me to risk an infection again by using needles, it was not nice to have sex for 3/4 hours. She is shallow and I touch deep if I push a lot and for her it is not pleasant but only painful, she prefers the circumference being quite large when she gets very wet despite about 6 EG sometimes the friction decreases, I dry myself and change position and she always reaches orgasm.

Thank you, before it was perfect in my eyes, I had a low Circumcision and a lot of skin was left for the sliding on the sides of the glans, I had a dilation of the entire skin due to the infection that reached 7 inches, I have a lot of space, too bad I can't fill it with more filler to firm it, I have several imperfections on the sides and a line from the base where the filler begins that is visible because of the tape to hold the bandages in place in the hospital. Unfortunately no doctor not even Dr. C. recommends a future procedure not even with HA, the risk is to reactivate the infection through the inflammation of the procedure if it was latent. This photo is 4 months after the second round, same measurements as now and without Circumcision, I had a perfect penis without lumps and without complications. I should have stopped at the second round, I spent money, time and health to find myself at the same size as before and with many complications. It is right to remember that there are serious risks in all procedures.

@Dr_Tsay Are the extreme risks the same regardless if canula's are used as opposed to needles? Is there anything that can be done to reduce those risks? I'm not referring to granulomas, nodules, and other risks that you read about more on the forums.

Unfortunately the risks of those serious complications are still there but slightly less (with a cannula) because its harder to "get into" a blood vessel due to larger diameter of the cannula versus needle. Sorry that doesnt sound too encouraging but all in all those serious complications are super rare.

Hello @JJones928 I am hoping to get HA filler added soon. How can i use my procedure to help me get laid more often like you have? I currently have a new girlfriend too and I would love to have sex with her once I get the procedure done. She does has a very tight very nice vagina though, so she might struggle with increased girth. She already struggles to take the whole thing sometimes as is. Which excites me.
