Why can’t I have sex for 10 days after my treatment? What happens if I do early?

Are you seriously asking why you can't have sex for 10 days after they put needles in your Dick and inject stuff in your Dick?

Just to be clear, filler needs to set , that’s aesthetic .

And the holes they punched through your skin need to completely heal as your skin is the primary protection against infection, making holes in it creates routes for infection to bypass the skin, and ANY place your putting it ( mouth , vagina, anus) has LOTS of bacteria ( even if you just cleaned it). Looking for an easy route to grow.
