TOPIC: LaViv Azficel Filler

I think the odds are it won't be much different to a lot of the fillers currently available, I do think though that the technique that will supersede PMMA will be something similar to this.

I can't find it now, but I thought I read something that made me think it was for more finer applications, and might be too thin for PE.

This sounds like something that has been in and out of availablity for years. Isologen was a name it had in Australia for a while. The idea was to take a small skin biopsy, send to the lab to culture up the fibroblasts, which grow pretty easily, and send back for injecting. I did it a few times to the face. I cannot now even remember what the results where like. The problem was for the labs to meet all the requirements of not mixing up samples etc so they always went broke ( I think).

Maybe this will be put into use soon in the PE world. If it could be introduced to Dr.C.

I like the idea of personized filler. Much like how the new dna coded vaccines and medicines are tailored for their hosts.

Seems like good path to take!

The only problem I see with using Dr. C for this is that you would have to go to Mexico to have the sample taken and then return for the filler. That is unless you can have a local doctor take and submit the sample and have the filler sent to Dr. C.
