Can confirm that Dr Oates did induce an Erection for me during the Ellanse procedure.

Anyway, thanks for your info, and one more question... you said recovery to no signs of swelling, bruising, etc was 2.5 - 3 weeks.... did you get any word on a) how long after the procedure you can have sex, and b) how long after you can workout, like lift weights, jog, etc... is it the same 2-3 weeks?
thanks.
Post Care: we advise patient's to keep the area clean for a week, avoid sexual activity for 3 days (and unprotected anal sex for 7 days), shower daily and after exercise, take any prescribed medications and follow our post-care instructions carefully.
The above from Dr Oates's FAQ

Re: Injecting flaccid vs erect
7 years 10 months ago #1305724005Since you do most injections Flaccid know, I would like to know what determines whether you inject Flaccid or Erect? Is it the size of the penis in the Flaccid state?
I think you at some point wrote that it is much easier to distribute the filer when you do the injection Erect.
Kind regards

7 years 10 months ago #1305731224Have you experienced cases where a mild case of Phimosis in a patient had a negative effect on the result of the procedure or on the aesthetics? I guess that if you have a tight phimotic band this will only get more pronounced with an enlargement. This could cause problems, especially when pulling the skin back making the phimotic band squeeze the upper penile shaft.
Also, how is it progressing with training doctors in the UK?

Flaccid injections for initial procedures and Erect for finishing (smoothing) since you can only see and feel the dips and bumps truly as they are while Erect. i.e. you may look normal Flaccid but look like you have Frankensteins Dick while Erect.
This is my situation. My Erect looks 10x worse than Flaccid.

Actually that is pretty close to what we now do. I will most often now inject Flaccid, but some like Glam I will do the initial injection Erect. The most common reason to go Erect is shrinkage where it is to difficult to get the full length. Sometimes it works well to followup with Erect if they notice an irregularity that is not so obvious Flaccid.
