I might add that this is only one side. The other side has ulcerated too and will likely trump this one in severity. To date, I've suffered three ulcerations as my body attempts to expel the foreign body. Liquid silicone is a disaster looming over the susceptible and should be expunged from filler use regardless of technique.

@biggy My Urologist removed it by just simply piercing a small needle like hole where it clumped up and squeezed it/drained it out

It's safe to say, silicone is of the table for me now... (I was considering doing some a while ago) thanks for the updates, and not just disappearing when you got into this trouble! It's a good wake up call to see what actually can be the result of such procedures!

Silicone injections have horrible history. The results can be horrendous. There really has been no long term medical studies on the use of silicone injections. Silicone micro droplets have been effective for some individuals with severe acne scaring on the face and body. The results I have read about for other procedures are hit and miss lips naso folds butts . There again when people do have issues with silicone the results are bad because silicone is permanent. While researching silicone micro drops again in the use in the USA and several other nations it is a off label use meaning its the doctor and patients discretion. I did read in several publications that as people age and the skin's epidermis and dermis thins (aging process) that problems with micro droplets are more likely to arise like ulcerations and abscess. The silicone doesn't degrade and the skin thins above and around the silicone. Leading to problems and infections. I have never been to DR.C maybe one day(my goal to get PMMA Yes) My assumption is he trying provide service to men and he does what he thinks is best with no ill intention. When I first read about micro drops I was excited and I have posted in other threads about this topic. My thought was wow a option to fill in divots and depressions post PMMA procedure maybe it is a option for some and not for others.

FUKKKKKK at those pictures. So sorry you're going through this. So pissed I got silicone injected in me. Wondering if I should get this shit cut before I have a reaction. I'd rather get degloved than have to go through what you going through. My thoughts and prayers for you man. I hope by the end you will have a successful healing. Thanks for staying on the boards and showing this to would be customers. Silicone should be off the table for everyone.

no i didnt lol, i've never done PE, don't know where you got that idea from. So basically what we've gathered here is, you had a horrible experience, and had it removed, yet you're still championing it?

All fillers whether HA or autologous fat transfer can result in complication. That said, after speaking with numerous plastic surgeons across the globe and reading the published literature of severe complications following augmentation of the penis, one thing is clear. In almost every single case necessitating a skin graft, silicone is to blame. I had no issues from PMMA for five years. That tissue is healthy to this day. To state or claim in any way that I'm a rarity is foolhardy. Granulomatous immune reactions take place with frightening frequency and with no set onset of symptoms. As I stated in my thread, I view it as do the vast majority of physicians; a ticking time bomb. You can heed my advice or roll the dice. All surgeries no matter how minimally invasive can have complications. Silicone injection is risky business. I had caveats and reservations going in. I should have listened to my gut. If it helps to curb any enthusiasm in silicone, please observe my attached results.

Unfortunately, liquid silicone infiltrates tissues and poses great issues in Removal. I received 7cc's of it. Excision rarely removes all of it and even micro liposuction results in incomplete Removal. Unlike HA based fillers whereby hyaluronidase can be injected or fat, PMMA or other detectable filler that is readily isolated, silicone is EXTREMELY difficult to completely remove. If a simple puncture and squeezing worked, I wouldn't be where I am today. Aside from Removal concerns, if allergic, silicone granulomas can cause tissue Necrosis. Don't listen to me, what do I know? Do your own research! Even lip augmentation with silicone often results with excision being necessary. I bet all those women wish it could be squeezed out through a small hole!!! I've spoken with surgeons around the world. I love sex as much if not more than any man and would spend whatever necessary to resolve this. I genuinely wish it were so simple a fix. Google 'siliconoma of the penis' and see what that gets you. Also might be worthwhile to Google 'silicone injection allergic reaction'. BTW, there is silicone within the dermis (at least in my case) which makes reepithelialization extremely slow or improbable.

I say this to all so that they are never put in my position because I care deeply for my fellow man. I greatly appreciate all of the encouragement and prayers.

you obviously havent read far enough then, check miracle's post in the patient support thread, dude has an ulcerated Cock now because of silicone, AVOID!honestly, please don't go for anything synthetic, its garbage, enjoy your Dick for how it is or go for something thats naturally occuring for augmentation, considering the amount you actually need, you'd be better off just getting 10ml of HA
