I consulted a patient who had previously had 2 surgical phalloplasties in Sydney Australia. In the second one he paid (I think) $10,000 for 10ml of Aquamid (a permanent acrylamide filler) to the glans. He was going back for a third procedure ( failure to achieve what it was supposed to) and he was quoted for another 10ml of Aquamid.

I just don't see it would be possible to put 10ml in initially and to do another 10ml for a permanent filler a year later....Maybe there is an issue with this industry.

Dr. C advised me against it just a few months back. He told me point blank it wasn't worth it.

visited Dr. C September 19th 2017 he said same..very small change and does not recommend.

this is really my main question for Dr. C when i get there. Why cant i put more in my glans to make them bigger? I feel like 5cc would make a considerable difference. even if it were spread out over say 4 treatments. It would add up fast.

I know it only affects the corona giving it more of a flared appearance, but my glans are extremely small and doesn't have that flared look. Its literally 1inch when Erect.

There is no fucking way I would do Glans PMMA. If you think a Nodule on your shaft is difficult to explain....

I personally think these doctor's are purposely putting less during these procedures especially the glans just to make more money. I had my glans done with dr.loria and it was a slight change and I'm talking about almost unnoticeable for $1,500 fucking dollars. What a big waste of money with that guy. I heard dr.c does it for $300 which is a big difference from $1,500. I plan on getting it done along with PMMA and prp.

No it doesn't absorb from the glans but you do lose alot from the shaft. This is why he tries to get you to keep it raped up for 7 days from what i remember to keep it from escaping but that only causes scars at the base from keeping a rubber band there for so long. Plus the material moves around. He's just to expensive period for his procedure that doesn't work
