I would say a healthy lifestyle is a must. After care, It is nothing new that if you take collagen and vitamin C, the better.

I can recommend a high quality hydrolysated collagen (brand is "Great Lakes" from grass fed animals, very pure) and high quality C, like Acerola, Camu Camu, A'ai... Do not go for the pharmacy supplements, they are not absorbable, they are isolated and super processed and manipulated. Do not waste your money in that shit, I know what I am talking about as I work in a pharmacy. Get some superfood as I said above.

Don't smoke.
Limit or quit alcohol before and during healing.
Take your vitamins and a collagen supplement.
Be prepared to pay close attention to your penis for at least the first 72 hours after.
Keep your penis extended/Erect as much as possible for the first 72 hours.

Great Lakes, hydrolysate collagen. One of the best, if not the best, collagen.
