I don't know that much about FFT but I have seen and heard many people that were not happy with it either because it all reabsorbed - or almost all, or it was lumpy and uneven.
Dr. Reed in Miami did my lig cut and Dermal Grafts at the same time, but the grafts hardened after 15 years or so, so they had to come out.
I gained an 1.25 inches Erect and my Flaccid was longer after the surgery but the Erect length was due to Hanging not the surgery - and it took me a year and a half or so.
I don't know why they do the VY, it looks much more complicated than what I had done and the scars are bigger - but like I said, some people go through the lig. cut procedure and regret it. Whatever you do, leave yourself open to the fact that it will not be what you were hoping for.

I could email the doc about it and get it in his words rather than saying the PMMA is low grade, maybe if hes bothered to reply. But anyway maybe hes got a reason to say that shit about PMMA. I was told the name of the firm in Germany that makes pure PMMA , the price is $1000 a cc so it makes me skeptical.

But trying to be reasoned and calm, that stuff does not break down , so what you gonna do to get it out if you need to. And it is a type of plastic. Fat from FFT usually absorbs, at least to some degree.

Roberto Viel is by far the most experienced surgeon offering this procedure in the UK.

Androfill is is just marketing thing. It's just Juverderm. It can last up to 18 months, but will probably start to absorb after 6 months.

PMMA isn't a form of HA and no one in the UK offers it.

1, of course money is a big factor. I'm prepared to use up my savings if there was a guarantee of a good outcome, but it does appear to be a gamble with lig cut. 3, my research also confirms the safety of HA, obviously there is still risks, but it appears much less compared to the other options.

Billy, I was debating stretching/ Hanging to enhance my length. I want to move pretty quickly with HA if I'm satisfied with the consultation. Don't think I'm going to get much time before if I decide to go ahead, not to sure if I can hang after HA. Or whether it's best to do before hand. Allowing more volume to go in.... We will see. Which extender is best or are they all on par?

Just go see David Ralph on Harley Street for HA injection if you have fat injected it will go lumpy, it would probs be Franklin Kuehas who would do it for you at international Andrology, I did not think he was a trustworthy person.

i have always been interested in HA first and foremost - partly because of the temporary nature. the thing is, if the maximum i can get in the UK is 10ml, well that hardly seems worth the bother and certainly not worth the cost. if someone was doing less pricey fillers - therefore more volume for the same price - i would be one of the first in the queue !

i emailed that french doctor - dr oudot - with some questions via his website but no reply so far after 4 days... i think perhaps either nobody checks the website messages, which wouldnt surprise me since the pricing on there is out of date compared to the prices he says on his youtube videos, or he cant be arsed answering questions. i dunno. but stuff like that does not fill me with confidence. if he doesnt bother to maintain his website or answer questions then how bothered is he about everything else? maybe i am too fixated on small details but i dont want anyone with a slapdash approach to life messing around with my Cock !i dont believe he is that busy or receiving hundreds of enquiries a day...

anyway, just out of interest to save me the time of waiting for an answer, how much did viel quote you recently for FFT only ? i'm not interested in lig cut as, from what i can gather, any gains seem as likely from manual device stretching post op as from the op itself. and i dont want to be messing with ligaments and stuff anyway, just Girth.

I think you are going to find that someone on this board has had one of those procedures - or quite a few have had one or more - and everyone has had different results.

The consensus is that Elist is absolutely the worst of the worst.

FFT usually reabsorbs (partially or mostly) unevenly - or evenly if you are lucky.

HA from what I understand is temporary and not the same thing as PMMA.

PMMA is popular on this board and the most permanent but leads to many irregularities and it seems hard to predict who has a bad outcome, after care being equal.

I have had my ligs cut and only have a very small horizontal scar and would do it again, but you will only get Flaccid increase. You will need to hang for an Erect increase and that can take up to a year or a year and a half of Hanging or stretching everyday for 8 hours or so to get an Inch or a little more than an Inch.

Some people however, have had the lig. surgery and lost length.

The best way to find out what is offered in London is still the internet.

i haven't heard back from Androfill yet but will let you know when i do. i expect they are focused on trying to get people to come in for a consultation. anyway, they definitely keep their website updated because there is some new info on there today - 10 syringes maximum have to be spaced 2 weeks apart apparently. but i am wondering if they use the 2ml juvederm voluma syringes or the 1ml cos that would obviously make all the difference.
i guess if they respond to my email i will have the answer to that and other questions i asked...

i dunno about any permanent effect but as you probably saw on the Androfill site, they have changed their information on that now, while not saying it doesnt happen, they are kind of distancing themselves from saying it does. but i am not really bothered about that if it lasts a year or more even if its getting less

I don't think the lig cut made a difference in the Erect length actually. If it had it probably would not have taken a year and a half to see the gains I ultimately got. All I can say about the procedure is that it makes your Flaccid longer. I said I would do it again but the truth is I had it done so long ago and I know that it worked out so it is easy to say. I am not sure it is worth it as a procedure unless you have a super turtled penis. I bet Hanging for a year and a half would increase your Flaccid too and I would have ended up with the same gains.
There is a guy on here Sayrusx (sp? Sayrux?) who had it done the way I did in terms of cut and his came out very well.
Also I had my grafts put in at the same time so I can't say what the recovery time is as the grafts are a much more complicated procedure - they take the strips from the crease in your ass, so that is healing, your Dick is healing and my ligs were cut. Of all 3 procedures my sense if that the lig cut was the easiest to heal as I don't even remember it.

Two things. Don't cut the suspensory ligament , I had it done and my Dick is actually shorter hard , but maybe 1cm longer when floppy. Any doctor who does this should and claims its penis lengthening should be struck off because its just lengthens the Dick when its soft so whats the point. scam, makes me angry

2. Go to Dr Kim in korea and have the HA, I have it once every couple of years. Anything else is nuts.
