TOPIC: All i want is 1 more cm (length,girth)

Hey guys what is the best method these days to add 1 cm to my circumference and to my length? I know that most of the guys here choose PMMA but recently there is alot of problems with PMMA mostly easthetics and the easthetics is in my top priority so .... Help?

And what for Girth?

For length: suspensory ligament cutting and 6-12 month post-op stretching or corporotomy (1.5-2 cm in length right after surgery)
For Girth: PMMA or PLGA-scaffold or dermal-fat grafts

Well I've seen people on thundersplace get Girth from Clamping and pumping. I have even tried these myself but can't say that I'd gotten any gains. Atleast not yet. Tho members on thunders who've gotten gains on Girth have been on the routine for YEARS. One Inch / 2 or 3 years or something.

I'm very afraid that there isn't anything that could be proven to work for everybody. It's a lot of trial and error and do it again and again and again till it gets frustratingly boring when it comes to manual PE. Atleast this is my experience of it. I've gotten 1.5 to 2cm length on my unit when doing on and off type of PE during past 6 years.
