Many of the guys here have. I know that sizemic had some success with it, as he has written. I am not sure what his routine was.

Hey i just want to know if anybody here has success before with Jelqing and if you guys try this and some other exercises for Girth before "seal your fate" with PMMA or other invasive/surgery method?
