You need to read more progress reports. I don't want to knock Dr. C, but the results are inconsistent at best. Even with the same person having multiple rounds. It's a crapshoot. Maybe you'll gain a half-Inch, maybe an Inch, or maybe you'll gain nothing. Maybe it will look normal, maybe it will look uneven, maybe you'll have a big circ ring, maybe you'll have nodules and lumps, or maybe you'll have several problems at once.

I can tell you this, there are very few people that have had this procedure, and it looks completely normal. I can also tell you that if you're gay, the chances are the men you're with will notice. If you're straight, some women might notice, and you'll have to think of an excuse to tell them, so they don't suspect it's a STD.

This is your Dick. This is the only Dick you have. Read all the negative reports, and then tell me that this is some miracle, or a marketing site for the Dr. C. Tell me if you'll be okay with the chance that your Dick will never again look and feel "normal", or at worst that you might have to have additional procedures (surgery) to remove hard lumps, nodules, or even deglove your Dick to remove all of it?

Maybe ask why this procedure isn't more common? I mean, if it's some "miracle" than why doesn't every plastic surgeon offer it? Why are you traveling to Tijuana Mexico to do it? Would you elect to go to Tijuana to have a "plastic surgeon" give you a nose job or a face lift, yet you don't even think twice about having them touch your Dick?

Also, why is it that in the past year it seems as if there's a definite trend of the results going down, and the number of problems going up? I'm not trying to tell you not to do it. It's up to you, but you should at least ask yourself these questions, and do some more research.

With all due respect though, how many guys have ended up with a result like yours? Honestly? Maybe less than 10 out of hundreds? What about recently? Zero? One? Two? I'm not trying to be an asshole, but seriously asking because to me all the ones that have had great outcomes were done in the past, and not recently. The problem with this site is that the progress reports with the best results are the ones that get the most views and responses, and are therefore pushed to the top, so I feel that new users think this is the norm. Besides the Elist's implant reports, Restorations progress report is the only one with a negative result(s) that has received a lot of attention.

Again, I'm not saying "don't do it", but at least have some perspective, and do your research before proclaiming this is some kind of miracle. Why is it that all the new people seem to point to your results, and then assume that's going to be their outcome? Shouldn't there be hundreds of examples of great results, instead of just a handful? The majority of patients will have to get multiple procedures, and they'll experience some type of problems, and that's just a fact.

SLK20003's post is about as honest and accurate as you can get. Read this over and over until you fully appreciate the message and gravity. Sure you can only read the good reports and convince yourself you will be fine. But what if you are not one of the lucky few that has no issues ?

It's definitely not a marketing site for doctors. You need to start reading every single progress report in this forum and you will see that some of us had unsatisfactory results that we regret. Some of had great results as well. You being 4.25in Erect Girth, i feel that this procedure could be worth it for you if it is negatively effecting your life which I can understand. However it's the people that are average or above already that should think twice.

Jewdub : How did yours look after the first and second sessions? Towards the end of your log things were looking pretty good. I'm not looking to be huge, if I could be between 5 and 5.25 I'd be more than happy

This is definitely not a shill site for any doctor. It is the best resource possible for anyone considering Phalloplasty. I don't disagree with the above, but i can tell you that it's been over 2 years and I'm very happy with mine. I'm gay and no one has ever said anything about the look or feel of my Cock that is anything but complimentary. It has been a real positive in my life and I have no regrets. I'm grateful to the guys that had the procedure and stayed around to guide others and I have decided to do the same. Who knows what will happen down the line, but I have only gratitude--no regrets. That is helpful info Hoddle, thank you. I do remember reading the soft plastics gas off more. The clear hard plastic water bottles give less of a bad taste vs the opaque 1 gallon soft ones sometimes used here in the US. Funny I don't recall seeing the soft ones outside of the US..

You are right, the most popular posts always get the most attention and end up at the top. This is why it is important for people to read, read, read and not just skim the first couple of progress reports. There are all sorts of outcomes, potential pitfalls, etc. that someone can experience. Just seeing the most impressive results will give a skewed view of the real-life potential.

I have nothing but good things to say about the guys with Dr. C, and I am satisfied with my outcome, but guys really need to realize that the results that Guy A gets, good or bad, are not necessarily the results Guy B will experience.

If you read by post closely you will see how it looked after one session. Terrible. It is starting to look better after another $7K was spent and three more procedures. But it still looks fake and has many irregularities that can't be picked up by a cell phone camera. It looks like you are reading just the stuff on the first page. You need to go back to the beginning and read every report. Might take 12 hours but at least you will be more informed.

Some people disappear when they have issues...not sure if they resolved or if they persisted. Or, people just disappear in general. It happens on plastic surgery forums in particular. I don't know what is behind that phenomenon...but there are a lot of people who have gone silent on their results.
