I am able to get blood in the glans with direct stimulation, however I will lose it if I am laying down, or if I stop stimulating or if I enter a girl it goes soft immediately. It's not resilient to pressure at all. My cs is exactly the same. Kegels momentarily fill both with blood but not for longer than a second. It sucks because it makes my Erection smaller and softer and it doesn't feel good inside a girl. It feels a bit like my penis is being crushed.. can you relate to any of this?
It sounds like PMMA caused your soft glans, is this correct? Who did you go to?

I do at this point, although what's done is done, probs should have stuck to stretching. I had a bit of a difficult penis with the Foreskin and whatnot.It may have been able to be solved with a second round, although to me it seemed a bit risky and not worth it.. maybe one day...will see what happens with the glans.I really would like to have a nice sized penis, so it is tempting to try again.So does your glans not get Erect at all?

People usually say this is from a Venous Leak and that ligation is the fix... but that's a scary option. I suffer from this, and have since I was a teen. Over the years of PE, I've been able to combat the effect. Most of the time, I can keep it partially engorged now. Some days, it's just like back when I was a teen and I don't know why. I've done exercises that focus on the glans and CS since I was 17. I'm 28 now, so this is a very annoying issue to deal with. It's the primary reason I'm saving to see Dr. Cho.

I'd caution you against ligation surgery. Do you have a doctor that is even willing to perform that? Almost all urologists in the west won't even consider it. Sadly, there isn't much that can be done for soft glans.

It could be something blocking the blood flow, partially anxiety who knows.Will see what another Urologist says in a few weeks.I had painful glans last year when getting nighttime erections after having the filler and had hermangiomas it turned out after i had a biopsy.Cant help but thinking it could be the trauma from that or the hard PMMA lumps could be blocking some of the blood from getting through and/or the tighter Foreskin. I've had soft glans for quite a while now as a result of masturbating and Jelqing too hard. I'm able to get blood into the glans but it dissipates quickly unless I grip the top of my shaft and close certain veins. During sex whenever I pull out the glans is close to completely Flaccid. Also, I have extremely tight skin near the glans, that looks like it could rip when i pull the skin back. So here's my dilemma..

I want to get PMMA injections because I am deeply insecure about the size of my penis. I've sabotaged many good relationships with women because I was afraid to have sex. I am sick of feeling this way and think that PMMA could not only make the girls feel better but could bring me some peace of mind in the process.

Now I've seen pictures of men who have had the procedure and it appears that having a small glans can lead to an unusual looking Erection. This concerns me because of my glans problem and on top of that I have a smaller length than most of you guys. But in the end it doesn't look great the way it is, so I figure could it possibly get worse? I've thought about getting a vein ligated to correct the glans and then going for the PMMA but I'm not sure. I guess I'm here for some advice and direction.

Hi Ck101, have you been to see a Urologist at all?It could be the tight Foreskin or something that could be fixed.I'm getting the soft glans thing too, ill wake up with an Erection, although the glans are soft.I saw a Urologist today who said it could be a blood flow issue, who has referred me onto another specialist.It is tempting like you said, to just go for it and get PMMA as could it get any worse, although be cautious and see if you can fix the glans first.If you get PMMA get small amounts at a time.
