TOPIC: How long did you wear a stretcher after the procedure?

JJ, I wore the esl40 roughly 2 1/2 weeks, as much as possible, post op. I stopped as I was worried it didn't allow my circ swelling to subside. I haven't worn it much since and swelling has gone down considerably, not sure if it is because of the stretcher not being worn or just time. I will start again soon.
My unit doesn't look much different from yours. I too had a large amount of 30%. My circ ring is swollen still but better, I posted pic of a Flaccid a few days ago. My MS bellows out some as yours'..it does seem uneven in spots but still it changes daily for the better. How are your gains thus far? Are things getting better?
Please don't take this the wrong way but I was informed that 30% would be the most difficult to control (lumps/nodules/unevenness). This is outlined in many of the member's progress reports. I hope that you weren't misled by DR. C and Wade. I ask only because DR. C and I spoke prior to my procedure reference the advantages and disadvantages of both concentrations and I was adequately warned/advised that 30% almost always requires a second round. I've already schedule my 2nd round for early March and will keep posted on my outcome. My plan was'still is hopefully to have only 2 procedures the first to max out and second to even out. Worse case three procedures just in case if there is a must fix.
I don't know you but I feel really bad for your situation. Couldn't imagine having to break up with someone over this, hang in there. You are in my thoughts and I hope works out for you. When and or if you find a different girlfriend just remember dicks are ugly in most cases, and most don't care how the look just how they feel. Again I wish you the best and hope you can get to your 2nd round quicker than planned. If you haven't already you should read Dance with Dragons progress report. 85 views, zero answers... Is this such a hard question to answer? I'm going through tough times and just want some input. I bet if I put a picture of a huge PMMA filled perfectly shaped penis I'd get tons of replies and admiration but answering a question is too much.

My length before the Elist implant was over 7 inches.
My ADS was a bit of a hybrid but mist it's parts can be found on Ebay. Just type in Silicone tube and penis stretcher and you should get plenty of hits.

II roll it up backwards and then over the head and onto the shaft (about half an Inch of the shaft). It doesn't fall off.

I've been wearing my all-day-stretcher since I had my Elist implant taken out 5 years ago. I try to wear it at least 4 hours a day.
After the implant removed my penis retracted down to 5 inches. But with the help of my ADS and manual stretching, I am now over 8 inches in length.

Thanks Crebo! This is the most meaningful and thought out reply I've received. Things are actually looking a little better today. The circ scar swelling is smaller and the unevenness is not as bad especially when I shake it out a bit after it resting in my pants for hours. I am going to cut back on the stretcher and only wear it a few hours a day to see if that will help the swelling more. I will update with pics again soon so we can track each others progress. I honestly haven't measured for gains but it definitely is bigger. I just judge how my thumb and index finger go around it. Before I could easily close around it, now I can't. It seems to be losing some size but it could be residual swelling. I'm going to get an exact measurement soon.

I knew that 30% was a risk from reading the forums for years. I just told Dr. C to do what he thought was best with a balance in size gains and aesthetics. I knew that I would need a second procedure but I didn't now that the aesthetics would turn out like this and that I would want to go back ASAP. But it happens, penises are so dynamic and some people are lucky to get great aesthetics from the start.

Like you, things are getting better day to day and it might work out just fine. If things don't improve enough and I can't wait 10 months to get it fix with Dr. C, I will consult with Dr. Cho because I live in South Korea. He is an expert on PMMA and I will probably get it sorted out by him if possible. I'd rather see Dr. C but I can't get the time off plus the plane ticket cost is ridiculous.

I hope you're right about future girls not giving a damn about less than perfect penises. I haven't had that many girlfriends so I'm a bit self conscience about it. Most everyone on here says no one can tell the difference so I'm sure it's true.

Did you continue to massage uneven areas even after two weeks post-op?

@messageman how does the silicone cup attach to the head of your penis? If I just pop it over the top and then pull it in the opposite direction, surely it will fall off?

I'm interested because this stretcher looks far more discreet and 'office-friendly' than the ADS things with the big frame

What's the stretcher Dr. C's office sells for people who turtle? Wade said it was like $40 and I could buy it there...but I just was wondering if anyone knew more.

I have a noose-type ADS but I am concerned it will create a deformity after PMMA (i.e. major dent) where the "noose" thing goes around the area under the glans.

I really need a dependable stretcher bc my FL is like 2-3"
