I appreciate your passion, and like you, I have major reservations and distrust regarding the Dr. L procedure. However, I ask you to please maintain civil discourse with all forum members, lest they be deemed as shills by the Moderation crew - and in this instance - Irishfan has not been deemed as such.

He has provided me photo evidence of his work and when the photo upload system is working again (very near future), I will have them posted. I will note, however, that proving someone is a patient of a doctor who has previously employed shills does not exonerate him of suspicion. So being critical I can understand, but let's not cheapen the discussion with unfounded accusations (i.e. racism).

Irishfan did you get a reason why the thread at pegym was locked? Just curious about that. It does not seem like a forum that is very open minded to surgery in penis enlargment.

Everything is back to normal. The sores are healed all swelling is done. I have not been Erect or a few days now because I am three weeks into a cycle of Tren and test ( steroids) for those of you who do not know. Tren kills libido. I will be on this for three more weeks. As we know the gain from Silikon1000 is not mainly from the volume of the injected product its mostly from the new collagen formed (due to our body's inflammatory response) around thousands micro-droplets distributed in the injected field with a distance between each microdrop about 3-5 mm. So a doctor has to wait till the new collagen forms around and encapsulate each micro-drop of Silikon1000 before injecting the 2nd rd (it is exactly the same for pmma beads) and fix them in the injected spot and not allowing them to migrate to other areas or cluster together to form a bigger volume of Silikon1000 -->no collagen formation ---> not fixed in the injected spot ---> a danger of migration.

If you ask any doctor who has a good experience in the safe micro-droplets technique; he will tell you a doctor must wait for at least a month between each round otherwise there will be no micro-droplets technique of Silikon1000 ---> there will be a danger of forming big drops of Silikon1000 ---> i.e. your body cannot form collagen around these big drops ---> a high risk of migration (in a long term) of Silikon1000 towards (according to gravity) the glans or scrotum.

I am sorry Irishfan if I brought this topic again, it is nothing against you or even Dr.Loria, I do care for any member here including you, but you have the right to know what is injected in your body, In regard of Silikon1000; it doesn't make any difference to me if he used the safe micro-droplets technique of Silikon1000 as any other experienced doctors use or instead he used his new mixture (Silikon1000 + other products ---> which as he claims can form micro drops of Silikon1000) imo he made a big mistake ( i.e. if he really used Silikon1000) (Its not only me saying that but also the most experienced doctors will tell you the same) by injecting Silikon again within one week.


I wish if you can get the answer from him for this Q. . He might have a good explanation for that which unfortunately other experienced doctors have not (e.g. Dr.Jay Barnett 40 yrs experience with silicone injection).

Day two after second procedure. The pain is gone, a bit of discomfort from the wrap. Slept good no problems on that end. I wish it would stay this size all the time.

I am glad you sent the pictures. Basically a lot of us including myself, do not like Dr L. Unfortunately some the of hostility is being directed toward you, since we can not talk to the doctor himself.

I would say ignore at least for now, it is more important that you focus on healing by maintaining a positive outlook. And is probably counterproductive to defend Dr L.

I am hoping you recover from this fully, and please reconsider going back for more treatments until you have more time to research this and think things over. just my advice.

If it wasn't for this site I wouldn't have known the red flags. I saw Irish's posts on pegym and it seemed somewhat credible. It wasn't until I googled Loria and found the Loria threads here that I realized that this procedure is a complete sham and Loria himself was most likely IrishFan.

The information is here. Anyone with half a brain should realize after reading these threads (and read the hair restoration thread too) that Loria is a snake oil salesman, and cares nothing for his patients (god knows if he has even had a penis enlargement patient yet, let's hope not).

For now, I'll continue the good fight and scour the internet to warn people about whats going on. If that means posting every time IrishFan starts a new thread on another site in an attempt to generate interest without giving all the information, so be it. I hope you guys will join me.

I apologize to the Forum Members for not posting lately - I was preoccupied on the PEGYM forum.

I do not have the time to simply spend many hours defending myself against many false accusations. i have been a member for a while, and i often enter to read and research a bit. i have to tell this loria posts have been crazy!! im a bit skeptical with this doc. to put something in my Dick everything has to be transparent in terms of the procedure and the material put in. @Irishfan, really hope to see some bef and after pics and to know more about your results. good luck!
