TOPIC: elist surgery shrinking penis

I think it's not only the question of spending 10k, from what i ve read here there s also the question if you want to risk a butchered penis, with a silikone implant who gets rejected and tears out from your skin, inflammation and a doctor who as appearantly not the best customer support...
Best thing to do is a lot of research of the procedure you want to do and of the doctor who is performing it

Its normal for penis to shrink when its cold.

I think Elist's implant will serve that purpose, but the question is whether you want to spend more than 10K just to do that.

Do erections occur spontaneously with Cialis, or only with sexual stimulation? I've been considering talking to my dr. about Cialis as to whether or not Cialis will cure my half-Erect problem. I'll start out with a strong and full Erection, but it will shrink to half-Erect within a minute no matter what I'm doing, or my partner either. Will Cialis produce full erections aka 'hard' erections? Thanks for any information that is submitted.

Some guys injured their penis from Jelqing and as a result aquired. Ed and retraction issues and a disfigured penis. Alot of guys end up with a hard penis when it is Flaccid. Also known as "hard Flaccid" The alpha blockers relaxes the prostate and bladder and Cialis relaxes the penis smooth muscles to promote erections.

By the time some of us are happy with PMMA, it will be about $10k anyway BUT the bad side effects are minimum to none, at this point. The Silicone implant has had such a high failure rate, it would be almost utter stupidity to think about getting it for any reason (now that we have such data to learn from)...I was uniformed, mislead, lied to and stupid to get mine!

Why would thye shrinkage be a 'problem' needing medical and pharmaceutical attention? I am just too dumb to undertand. Can somebody explain it to me? Thanks in advance.

I've tried Cialis more than once and I've come to find that erections can happen spontaneously (albeit usually not at full strength), but when you are fully aroused with sexual stimuli, you get one hell of a raging boner. It also lingers in the system so you can have off & on semi-boners throughout the day lol! This is my experience, I'm sure others may have slightly different experiences.

As for your question... in theory, the Elist implant will most likely prevent shrinkage in the cold...but is $10k (give-or-take) worth solving an issue that only happens in the Winter time? Just food for thought.
