After reading what you mean about your retraction, the only method I know of and have personal experience with is the silicone implant. It will for sure force the penis to stay stretched almost to its maximum Erect length. The length of the implant and hence the stretched penis depends on the Dr.'s mood at the time of the surgery, you may get the large one or the XL.

Having said that, most informed and educated people will not choose this option due to its reported high failure rate.

Does it look as though the base of your penis skin starts half Inch away from the root of penis? I think this is what causes the penis to easily go in.

You might want to take a look at lastime who had scar tissue removed successfully and got his length back.

Not sure I understand. But, I did not have retracted penis. I got the implant over a year ago because I was mislead and misinformed to a very large degree and PMMA was not known as we know it today.

Has anyone here gotten surgery for retraction?
