TOPIC: Scrotal pubic fold repositioning to gain length

He's just talking about scrotal webbing reduction. It can give the appearance of extra length.

Yep if your unlucky like me and have a turkey neck that goes all the way to your circ scar it can make the underside of penis look shorter then it is!

Does anybody knows what this means/imply?

I took it from Dr. Krakowsky's webpage. How is that repositioningt done, and why would it provide additional length to the penis undergoing surgery?

So, its just another name for scrotal webbing reduction?
