Fair play to anyone that wants to go that far, but for me aesthetics trump additional Girth before reaching that point. One of many reasons I will go for the multiple sessions/smaller volume enhancement.

Wow. That works out to be 7.7" midshaft Girth. I can understand 7-7.5" base Girth on a unit that has the length to balance it out. Personally I think he went way overboard.

If memory serves, Fred received Metacril in Brazil which according to my research is inferior to NewPlastic. While I personally view his result as a success, I'm not a big fan of the aesthetics. To my knowledge, Fred has experienced no severe side effects and zero erectile issues post penile bioplasty. Although a singular case study, it does lend a degree of reassurance to those seeking massive gains in Girth.

Think I'd prefer more of a graceful taper like Sizemic than that shape. Seems a bit much.
