TOPIC: Do you need the add ons for best results for pmma?

Hi all, long time lurker and am finally going to make the plunge this year with either Avanti or Rupeka. I was just curious if most people do the packages or just get the filler? Just wondering if it’s worth the money.

The filler is where the value is. After my first 10 units of PMMA, I paid for the botox shot that is supposed to help with erections and retraction (I have no issue with erections but definitely retract a lot, or at least I did before the last 20 units of PMMA). It was an extra $1000 and I noticed no difference. Some seem to swear by it, but it truly made no difference to me. If you are trying to maximize value, I personally would, and do, stick with paying for filler only.
