My experience with Dr Kurbatov and his team was really good, and the pain was honestly not bad. I think a key point is just being diligent with aftercare (dressing changes followed by consistent pumping until the tissue relaxes and the grafts are replaced by endogenous tissue). My current focus is Erection quality. As expected, dissecting the corpora cavernosa creates scar tissue, and it takes time to break that down. Anyway, I'm happy so far.

1 year 1 week ago #1308722202Hello guys, I just wanted to share my experience. I had done PE for several years, experienced good gains, but eventually hit a brick wall. I went over a year with absolutely no progress. A friend of mine mentioned Dr Kurbatov over a year ago, and recently I went through the process of surgery with him and his team. I gained 2.5 cm, measured intraoperatively, and then an additional 1 - 2 cm over the following months (after regaining length lost from retraction). I've been tracking progress with in-pump measurements because those seem to provide the greatest consistency--the cylinder is always perpendicular to the body, and the ruler is always in the same position relative to the penis. I'm a little over 6 months post-op now and I measure a little under 9" inside the pump.

I'm glad you were able to get such good results. However, the surgery you underwent (one which Dr. Carney is very familiar with as a urologic trauma surgeon) is still experimental and very dangerous. Had anything gone even the slightest bit wrong, you would have lost your penis. And scar tissue within the corpora cavernosa is known as Peyronie's, which is probably why you're now experiencing problems with Erection quality. I wish you the best of luck and hope you're able to safely reach your goals moving forward.

I've always described this method as one of the most experimental & dangerous, but I haven't been able to outright dismiss it (unlike Loria's or Elist's procedures), but because the risk is inherent to the procedure -- by its very design you can tell you have a small chance of success, and could face a lifetime of being "phallically handicap" in the sexual sense. It's a Frankenstein-like procedure but admittedly, ambitious in its methodology, even if very extreme.
I'm glad to hear you have had success (Before & After photos would be great), but I could only in good faith recommend this to those who may already feel like the risks-outweigh-the-cons (e.g. micro-penis, and even then, I'm not so sure I'm the right person to make a call there). I haven't dismissed it outright due to the kind of innovations that could be drawn from its conceptualization, but make no mistake, this is not a surgery I endorse or recommend.

Even with an ideal outcome, the recovery is grueling. It takes about 1.5 years for the grafted tissue to be completely replaced with endogenous collagen. Erection quality is slowly improving, but it's a long process.Rejuvall wrote: I'm glad you were able to get such good results. I would agree that those with a micropenis would make better candidates. Smaller penises have an easier time achieving and maintaining erections, the relative gains would obviously be greater, and having a micropenis is a legitimate handicap.Skeptical_One wrote: I've always described this method as one of the most experimental & dangerous, but I haven't been able to outright dismiss it (unlike Loria's or Elist's procedures), but because the risk is inherent to the procedure -- by its very design you can tell you have a small chance of success or a lifetime of being "phallically handicap" in sexual sense. I'll ask the surgeon if he still has some intraoperative pictures I can share. I didn't take any before pictures with a ruler, so a before/after wouldn't really be meaningful. I could check to see if I have any before pics showing Flaccid length though. In addition to stretched length, my Flaccid length is now considerably longer. Even without a ruler, you can easily tell.

I’ll take some pics on my next day off. I can share an in-pump pic that I took recently, but Erect length is quite a bit shorter due to Erection quality. That said, it is getting better. I recently tried stem cell injections and started shockwave therapy.
Regarding the pic: for reference, the white piece in the center at the end marks 9 inches.

It appears the original poster (OP) has had good fortune, but this is very much an instance we have to follow, and even then the sample size is woefully low. I have no idea if & when fibrosis will be significant, and how it could affect the the penis long-term.
In NO WAY do I mean to alarm the OP because by all accounts, his results are anomalously working. However, just like with PMMA in the infancy of this forum 15 years ago, we were unsure of PMMA's long-term efficacy as well, and had to follow many reports over many years before it became abundantly clear of its viability for use in Girth enhancement.
Although make no mistake, PMMA and this specific elongation procedure are NOT the same (with respect to procedure-types AND risks) -- what I meant to do was point out the necessity of being upfront about potential risks short & long term, especially with something as extreme & invasive as this procedure.
Thanks to the OP (MrDingDingDong) for being so candid and sharing with us this invaluable information nonetheless.

Anyway, fortunately I do not have any pain with erections. As for fibrosis, I believe this is something that will improve with time. As I mentioned before, eventually all the grafted tissue is replaced with endogenous collagen. Any remaining scar tissue beyond that would be physiologically no different than Peyronie’s disease. In addition to stem cell injections and gainswave therapy, I’m taking citrulline, NAC, EGCG, and tadalafil. And it’s clearly working.
Also, while my in-pump gains have slowed, they haven’t stopped. I’m optimistic about breaking 9” within a few months. Here’s a picture from this morning. Again, the white piece in the center marks 9”.

I hope you know this isn't a "good" thing or a "it could have been worse" thing. Peyronie's Disease can be debilitating, and the fact that it can be conceded is concerning. I say this just to point it out to the Readership, I still very much hope you get out of this unscathed regardless.MrDingDingDong wrote: Any remaining scar tissue beyond that would be physiologically no different than Peyronie’s disease.

I’m happy to email you the error message if it would be helpful to you. Otherwise, I’m not too concerned. It’s just tedious to use my phone, and it makes quoting more difficult.
And regarding your point about Peyronie’s disease: you’re absolutely right. The way I talked about it sounded dismissive. It can certainly be debilitating.
Somebody also asked me to clarify the length gains. The best measurements I have would be intraoperative (shown in the pictures). According to the intraoperative measurement, my result was 19.5 cm. I compared my in-pump measurement against this number throughout the recovery process to gauge the amount of retraction I had left; however, eventually I exceeded this number, most recently reaching 21.5 cm (as shown in the picture).
I haven’t measured outside of the pump yet because I know it’s not my full potential and I don’t want to get upset. My EQ is improving, so I keep putting this off.
