If you have the means, travel to Europe or the U.S. for legitimate Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections in the penis. Dr. Shafer comes to mind since the New England area (NYC and Boston) are general points of entry when arriving from the East. That isn't to say the UAE doesn't have skilled Practitioners, but between cultural & language barriers, reviews of this type are going to be exceedingly rare, and you'd really be tossing a coin with your one & only penis.
