TOPIC: Glan injections

So looking at doing 5cc more in November but debating doing a few in the glan for 1 ) match the shaft 2) bigger head= longer penis by a lil so has anyone done it here and have before and afters?

They dont last.

Does the penis head just ABSORB the filler too fast or what?

The head of penis is very vascular, therefore the HA filler dissolves rather quickly.

Have you ever done it? And stupid question.....isn't the penis in general really vascular? Like I did my 10cc of HA and it seems to be holding really well in the shaft

I’ve done lengthening, Alloderm with Dr Rosenthal (week later had removed), 18 cc of Restylane, and 12 cc of Bellafill, and 3 rounds of PRP, however I have never done filler in head of penis.

To answer your question, the penis shaft is vascular, but there are pronounced, visible and apparent vessels. In contrast, the head of the penis is vascular in a different way: it is a spongy vascular erectile tissue. One cannot inject into head of penis and avoid the vasculature, unlike the shaft of penis where one can avoid vessels.

You'd have to dig back a couple pages on the Recent Topics to find my thread but I believe I'm somewhere around 15 syringes worth of Revanesse in my glans now. Over all happy with it. It hasn't been very long since my last round but I have only seen gains, no loss that I can tell. It's not significant though. It's more like it's slowly plumped it. 15 syringes in the glans vs 15 in the shaft will not provide the same kind of drastic difference. I only did it to kind of balance my aesthetics a bit since I have had a lot of shaft work done. It definitely is a bit more balanced now, however I always wanted a smooth enhanced look anyway so it's not like I care that my glans is smaller. It definitely looks fuller and has made the ridge more pronounced. I'll add one more thing, in terms of feel to the touch, my glans has a bit of a squish to it now that I absolutely love.

I'll probably do one more cycle of 5 in the glans and get some PRP at some point (or at the same time).

I have personally have had two separate runs with this procedure. one with 3 syringes and the another with 8 ( maybe even 10 ) - bellafil. It was awesome for about 2 weeks. Then it all started to go away. And may aftercare methods are well above reproach. So when I say the shit doesnt work, I mean it. I sure wish it did though.

PS: i measured circumference daily to track this procedure and photo's. thats more that almost any can say.

Maintained is the word though. I have no idea how rapidly it will dissipate. I've just kept adding. I also had PRP injected to the glans but maybe @LeonardoMedicine can give exact details for what I've had.

I'm surprised a doc did Bellafill in your glans. Most say PMMA isn't ideal for that area (and I'd agree personally). Even Rupeka only does HA and PRP in the glans to my knowledge.

I'm with you though. The cost/volume vs results is a broader gap than with shaft fills. It's pretty crazy how the glans just gobbles up volume.

So far I'm very happy. See how it is for longevity.

So PMMA in the glans is waste of money, and won’t be permanent ?

I would imagine PMMA has to be permanent there, but might get lumpy?

PMMA in the glans is a no go. No reputable Dr. would inject PMMA in the glans, too vascular.
I also think HA is a waste in the glans, unfortunately. As others have stated, it doesn't last long. And you probably will barely be able to tell it's there, unless you inject alot of it, which would be very pricey for something that likely lasts months, not years.
I had 2 syringes in the glans in May 2024 and barely noticed anything, then another 4 syringes in September 2024, figuring I should surely see some results. Barely perceptible, for sure not worth it. I want it to be worth it, I really do (just like all of you I'm sure) but it's just not in my opinion. On the plus side it wasn't any more painful than shaft treatments and there's no aesthetic issues.

Dr. Liu says he can do PMMA in the glans. He would max it out at ~5-7ccs per session

Mine was not lumpy one bit. In fact in was fucking phenomenal looking and feeling. It just ended wearing off after week 3 and then back normal. depending on my engorgement, the weather, etc, I could have retained perhaps a 1/4" overall circumference. but not enough for me to consider a win after the money spent.
