I have read several people recommending bringing your own weight for post care
Hanging. I was wondering A ) how long should you hang, such as how many hours and at what intervals? And B ) what weight you should bring.
Right now I have 1 white plate and 1 green plate, totaling about 650 grams of weights, should I bring more or is this enough?
