Wanting to get thoughts on getting Penile Lengthening and Permanent Girth Augmentation w/ Dermal Grafting done by Health & Wellness Bazaar in Tijuana. I was quoted $6,500 and they are saying I can expect an increase between 2.5 - 3 inches in both Girth & length.

If it isn't Avanti Derma in Tijuana, it isn't worth your time. Too many shady operations that give that City a bad name, working in and around loopholes - and the length promises are absurd (2.5-3inches). Not saying those gains are impossible, but to advertise them without some sort of sample size, study, or even ONE Before & After destroys any credence it has.

If you want to go the Dermal Grafting with lengthening, seek out Dr. Victor Liu or Dr. Solomon , who are only 2-3 hours away from Tijuana.
