Just wondering if anyone knows a good place to get cut in London. And a rough cost of it?. And if I was to get cut do fillers go under the penis?when you mold or is it just the top half?

Not specifically, but you can try reaching out to Androfill, not sure if they do Adult Circumcision (they may or may not), they are familiar with a network of specialists in and around London who would be able to provide you the kind of circumcision required for filler injections (I'm assuming that's why you're getting this done).
