TOPIC: Penuma Implant Removal & Options After

After a year of having Dr. Elist’s Penuma Implant in me I’ve decided to go through the Removal process. Per Skeptical_One’s advice I’ll go through Dr. Solomon for the surgery. He also offers his own penis enlargement surgery for lengthening & Girth, but no implants (thank god). Has anyone here done either surgery? If so, could you share your experiences with it? I wanted to do PMMA after the Removal once I healed up a bit & use a Penimaster Pro for lengthening.

Like I recommended in our PM exchange, your best bet would be to heal & recover before pursuing any new work.

As for length, I believe Dr. Solomon releases the ligament during implant Removal to assist in what sometimes can be inevitable length loss (depending case-to-case I'm sure); this loss can be reversed with a post-op stretching regimen that the Doctor will advise. This explains my sentiment regarding waiting out any additional work (especially to Girth) until you're in the clear.
