They charge 320 euro or 280 GBP for it.

I know there are other costs including staff and anaesthesia. You would think they'd charge less starting from the 5th syringe for example.

I think that is completely consistent with what you would pay Dr C or Dr Oates for the same filler. I know that is actually quite a bit cheaper than HA in the states. And of course there’s overhead and profit to be considered - they aren’t performing penis enlargement surgeries on men for charity.

There are tons of tattoo artists that will make you live in regret all your days, and there are some who only celebrities see for work. If price is your most important metric - you are not in a place and time to be considering Phalloplasty - plain and simple.
