This is a caucasian twenty-five-year-old patient, circumcised, who came to Dr. Morales at Avanti
Derma™ for his first session of nonsurgical phalloplasty with PMMA (Linnea Safe™).
He chose our “Utmost Package,” which includes the soft tissue filler, platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
subcutaneous and intra-cavernosal, temporary glans enhancement with hyaluronic acid,
phallotox and scrotox for minimal retraction, red LED therapy for healing, and one session of
intense pulsed light (IPL) as a collagen booster.
First session:
Dr. Morales used twenty cc of Linnea Safe™ (9 cc x 30% and 11 cc x 10%).
The base-line mid-shaft diameter in relaxation was 10 cm (3.93”)
The diameter immediately after was 11.5 cm (4.52”).
Immediate gains after the first session: 1.5 cm (0.60”).
This particular patient wanted Dr. Morales to focus on volume without compromising the aesthetics, which requires moderation and extra care.
