Yes, when cold or working out, it is tight, but not as tight and hangs about 1/2" lower overall. For us high and tight guys, it's worth it, because the high and tight is uncomfortable all the time. Toolman, This was the post I was hoping you'd provide wisdom on: Hey fellas. Just had testicle implants with Elist. I was well aware of all of the issues surrounding the penile implant, and didn't go that route. I was also aware of the two major issues with the testicular implant: firmness and Hanging high. After suffering insecurities for a better part of a decade about my small Balls, I went forward with the surgery and am convalescing here at the hotel. My question is, for folks like Aero and Toolman who've had the implants, do you have any advice on the healing process? Anything you would have done differently in those four weeks of healing? Of course, I'm also very interested in having those boys go down asap. He was m ore than happy to do it for me, so he injected my scrotum with 25 units of Botox. It should kick in by the weekend. So curious to see if it works. My scrotum is not loose all the time, but it's definitely looser than normal. I payed $13 per unit, $325 per visit, $650 total. I'm kinda bummed that it didn't work as well as expected. I'm still fairly tight sometimes, but not as tight as before. And when I get loose, I get VERY loose. I am really pleased with the results now, altho I would like it better if I was loose more often. You don't want any lower or looser than that, they will hang in the toilet water! Looks like you may have to double dose on the botox to see results. I get the line on my forehead done 3x a year. We have a very professional relationship when I go in- I hope my nurse doesn't freak out when I ask her about this.
