TOPIC: Torn fascia

This sounds very much like my case. Dfg245 's graphic illustration nailed my situation. Mine actually started with an hour glass shaped Erection and I had to stroke penis to make Erection even and smooth. This happened every now and then and one day lost Erection on z spot while GF was giving me a stroke b4 activity. Make long story short; spontanious Erection gone and weak morning erections there after and 1.5 years now. There was no poping sound.. But Erection lost on z spot. I respond to Cialis 5 mg daily. I usually take it 2 days in a row and Erection is normal and good on 3rd day.
Dfg245 graphic description nails my situation. Appearance and symptoms very similar to graphic pic. I am convinced that there is some sort of fascial disconnection from glans, but not exactly sure which fascia. Bold dorsal and other vain on penis that run from pubic area to glans. I can move one vain with my finger which appears isolated??! I saw few urologists so far and all seem to have no clue.. They all say its in my head. I think the best place to start is a major researching universities and reconstructive urologic surgeons. I am scheduled to see one tomm here in Chicago and few more in z comming weeks. I will update... Stay hopeful and strong.

My case has nothing to do with penis enlargement. My 2 cents about PE : don't do it, it will cost you money, the result may not be great, just accept your body.
About the wrinkles (pole tent aspect) of the skin : for me it appeared something like 2 / 3 years after the incident. It may also appear in normal (without tearing the fascia apart from the glans) aging process. I think it is just the consequence of a bad attachment of the skin on the fascia.

Look at the diagram of the first post of this thread.
I applied a very (very) strong force on the top of the penis while masturbating.
The symptoms are the "channel" around the glans. And when the penis is erected, the skin in that area is very tensed, and stretches. Any force along the penis is painful.
The skin of the shaft is also in bad condition. It has a "tent pole" aspect. The veins also have a bad aspect, bigger and with many curves.

Nope nothing changed for me. And nothing will change for a near future. From the bunch of urologists I met I can't expect any help from them, they basically refuse even to consider my case.
I know this issue a very real one, and I guess quite common from the number of "sclerosing lymphangitis" results which match in Google, so I think it will be researched and addressed sometime. But I think the re attachment of the fascia to the glans is not easy, as suturing probably doesn't work (fascia doesn't auto Repair like the skin does).
Doctors think suturing the skin is enough, but it isn't.

I have pain around the glans when the penis is in Erection if there is any tension pulling the skin of the shaft. Otherwise no, no pain during Erection.
When you say your glans doesn't keep blood, you mean it is not as big as it used to be ? I don't think my glans changed since my issue. What is ED ?

I don't have problem with getting erections (at least until now). I also have big veins on the shaft now which run along the shaft, so big that now I can move the bigger one by touching it with a finger. I think this is a consequence of the detached fascia, although in can probably appear in other cases. "They all say its in my head" yep, doctors prefer saying that rather than to admit they don't know. Anyway, good luck for you too.

Correction, I think now the fascia is the one called "Buck" in literature, not "Dartos".

I saw few more so called "researching university" and they don't even acknowledge the problem. I even asked to b considered for research.. They just don't care. I got few more appointments comming up. Dfg245 do u still hv pain on Erection? How bad do u think the skin wrinkling will get in like 5-7 years? Will it stop at a certain time? You should consider yourself lucky as you still get Erection. I hv to take Cialis and fear it might stop working. They also said your hormone might get knocked out after such an injury and one uro took blood... Will post result for those of u with ED(erectile dysfunction).

My issue is really not related to the quality of Erection. I noticed no change in that.
About the skin, it is still stretching (in the area around the glans), I will probably post photos to show the evolution.
I think this never stops, every Erection does stretch the skin a little more.
All I can do to prevent this is to not have erections.
Also I noticed the veins around the shaft are getting more convoluted and bigger.

About the doctors, all the ones I met don't really listen, they only follow their procedures. And a fascia torn apart from glans is not in their procedures (yet). I suspect suturing a fascia to the glans is not doable, or not easy.

About your case, I don't think it is the same as mine. Yours seems to be related to how blood fills the Corpus Cavernosa ("Mine actually started with an hour glass shaped Erection and I had to stroke penis to make Erection even and smooth").

Hey dfg245.. Good to hear. I taught we had similar thing but seems like might be different from your suggestion. U r right tht imine could b carporosa issue. I did ultrasound and results came normal.. Even the uros admit it's inconclusive. Do you have suggestions as to what type of test or imaging to ask the
To rule tht out? I am also thinking to repeat the ultra again.

Also my Flaccid bends any direction without any resistance and with no pain. This happened after trauma. I hope to learn here than the uros. Plz let me if such a symptom rings bell or add to your cavernosal suggestion. Thanks beforehand..

Hey guys, I have the same issue. The skin on the top of the glans just sort of accumulates when I am sitting or Turtling. Also, the veins are way more prominent and I can move them with my fingers. Question - if doctors aren't confirming that it's the torn fascia, how do you know this is the problem? I am only asking cuz I have the same problem and doctors keep saying there is nothing wrong.

dfg245, i've been suffering the exact same issue the past 4 years. A couple of doctors suggested a prosthesis to stabilize the tissue. No one will operate to Repair the tear. Have you heard anything about inflatable prosthesis being used for this? Some doctors say it would make the pain worse. How is your condition now?

DFG245 is completely WRONG and is not a doctor, he is diagnosing himself. Please do not worry and stress like many of you have. I have spoken to many highly experienced top surgeons, reconstructive urologists and urologists (who also perform surgery often). I showed an extremely brilliant and well known doctor (best Urologist in my huge area) the picture of this mans degloved penis he took in operation. DFG245 claims the bucks fascia is disconnected from glans. My Urologist said that his bucks fascia is fully connected to the glans and completely normal. He said he is 100% certain that this bucks fascia is NOT disconnected from the glans. The white is the bucks fascia. This top expert and highly experienced Urologist is the authority. Furthermore, I contacted DFG245's specific surgeon who he said performed the operation, Doctor Miro Djordjevic at Belgrad. Dr. Miroslav Djordjevic is his full name. I consulted with him and discussed this topic. He said he has never seen bucks fascia torn apart/separated from the glans in his entire life of medical experience. Never seen it, not once... DFG245 is self diagnosing himself and is completely wrong. I just felt a need to post this because I don't want people to be fooled by DFG245 and self diagnose themself. He is proven wrong. Please do not stress so bad and listen to that insane man. He has caused so much stress, worry and suffering in people who believed his insane, delusional diagnoses. Peace be with you.

Hey. I just suffered what you have been going through recently dfg245. Has anything changed and have you recovered? I am 24 years of age and suffering from this. Is this a permanent thing and it cannot be resolved at all?
