Unless anything has changed (and Dr. Brandeis can speak to that), I believe there is no issue with undergoing P-Long post-filler, but that may depend on factors I'm not considering, and answers that only your Provider can give you in consultation.

As for men who have had fillers, P-Long is an excellent treatment option. I find that men who get fillers get what I call a pig-in-a-blanket penis with a thick shaft and small head. P-Long can help elongate the shaft. However, finding a doctor who uses ultrasound guidance for the PRP is essential. Injecting PRP in men with previous fillers can be tricky.

I wanted to weigh in because I am doing a “DIY” version of the P-Long procedure and am having good results.
I went to a Urologist for the PRP shot. Definitely have a professional do the needle work!
However- the rest of the protocol stuff isn’t hard to manage on your own. Do your homework, first. Knowing what can go wrong if you over pump or over extend in a traction device is essential so you don’t hurt yourself.
I got a less expensive version of the RestoreX traction device. I also got a pump that was cheaper than the one used in the P-Long protocol.
I’m following nearly the exact same guidelines as dictated in the P-Long protocol for pumping and stretching. Just making sure to take a “cautious” approach to both devices- don’t try to do too much too fast! Much better to go slower and be patient. My rule is: if it hurts, back off. My Urologist agreed.
I am 8 weeks post P-Shot and I’ll tell ya, it’s working- at least on me. My penis is already looking fuller in terms of Girth and my Flaccid length increased by nearly a 1/4”. But I wear it religiously- I started at 2 hours a day and gradually increased to 8 hours a day. I wear it at work, out with friends, etc. Idk about the RestoreX, but the Quick Extender Pro can be worn underneath comfortable clothing. I wear it to work in a pair of Levi’s blue jeans. Nobody notices. Even I kinda forget I’m wearing it at times. If you’re self conscious, buy a few long t-shirts or an untucked button down to cover the front of your pants. One other thing to keep in mind is bathroom visits take longer because you have to remove the device before you pee, but once you’re comfortable with the device you’ll be able to take it off and put it back on pretty easily.
I wrap my entire shaft in gauze and put elastic medical tape loosely around the base of the glans because that’s where the straps rub while you wear it. With the gauze and tape, I haven’t experienced even a single blister or pinched skin or anything.

Yes, exactly. It’s nothing more than PRP shots then pumping and stretching on your own. I bought the Quick Extender Pro traction device and it comes with instructions and a schedule for stretching that mirrors the schedule in the P-Long procedure almost exactly. For pumping, I just do it 3 times a day for 20 minutes each time. I set a one minute timer on my phone then pump for one minute, then let it relax for one minute. Repeat for 20 minutes, or one episode of your favorite sitcom. And DO NOT over pump! I bruised that whole area pretty bad when I was first starting, then learned you can actually crack your corpus cavernosum if you pump too hard. If it hurts at all while you’re pumping you’re going too hard. You don’t need to cut glass, just get blood flow in and out, in and out, in and out…. It’s super straight forward and simple. You don’t need to pay some clinic for any “professional instructions” on how to pump and stretch. Just have a pro do the PRP shots and you can manage the devices on your own pretty easily!

I’m using the RestoreX device and using the protocol used in the Mayo Clinic studies for the ReatoreX. This is the device recommended for P-Long and MAXL. This study consisted of RestoreX at 30 minute increments for up to 3 times per day. There was no pumping or p-shots involved. The results were documented to be on average to be app 2 cm after. 3 to 6 months. I’ll post the link to the study results.

The RestoreX takes a little experimenting to get it right and get use to it. I can generally wear it for the required 30 minutes but can go much longer. This can no be worn under clothes. I find it’s most comfortable while standing/ walking around and good when sitting.

I had a p-shot with exsomes and do Gainswave monthly. I’m not pumping as much as I stretching. I’m debating on additional p-shots.

I’m only into this a few weeks but have faith in the process
