Oh it’s going great man! D feels good to go for the most part. The base and pelvic swelling is gone now too. When it’s like soft soft, I do have the pig in a blanket effect but when it gets a lil semi it looks good. Hard it looks good too! I’m sure the anavar and having my own red light panel has helped a bit.

Great to hear, man! Glad it's healing well. The pig in the blanket effect wouldn't bother me--I know some guys want to avoid it, but it seems like it's the cost of having a massive one (and worth it).

What's the anavar supposed to help with? I'm taking CjC/Ipamorelin to increase GH and trigger more collagen growth.

I was already on Anavar some personal growth goals I’m trying to hit this year and then it turns out it’s also good for collagen synthesis! Double win. My GH is already naturally on the high end so I’ve never looked into anything like that. I am gonna google it though.

Alright so I’m 2 weeks out from my procedure and things seem to be okay! I’m sitting at 6-6.25 EG and 5.8-6 FG any given day so I’m up somewhere between .25-.5. I have a firmer clump on the right side near my circ scar but I expect that to maybe soften like the others have in the past. The only thing I’m not currently digging is the pig in a blanket look when it’s soft soft. After a few shakes it seems to look a little better.

Mine was a bit uneven like that on the right side until Avanti fixed it. I remember reading on reddit that you can make your glans bigger if you get a cylinder closer to your Girth to focus on head expansion.

That picture above is fully Erect? Because the glans seems a lot smaller than the shaft.

No issues at all! Sailed right through with no problems. Avanti has been great for my “bulking”. I still have just under an Inch to go until I’m at my goal size so I may go back again in the future.

I’m coming up on the 5 week mark and it’s all looking pretty good. This round seemed to heal quicker than the previous two. I feel I was good to go at about 3 weeks. I still hang for a few hours daily and use my red light panel about 5x per week. I massage in the shower with my body wash that has a good viscosity and then I’ll roll it playdough style between my hands for a few after a bathroom break a few times a day. The clump on my right side has gone down a bit but I feel it if I squeeze it, of course. I’m sitting at about 5.75” FG and 6” EG any given day with maybe minor fluctuations so I have about another .25” gain this last round.

Compared to your last photo, you're right, it seems like it's only .25 or less. I remember your first few posts where you went to some other doctors and there was barely any results with 10 or 15 syringes.

I would say probably don't try for the underside treatment. Unless they put in a substantial amount of filler you probably won't notice the difference. I think Avanti is the most cost effective but that's just me.

I wonder if vibration pumping/ phalback method help? Does the vibration and expansion agitate the pmma to produce more collagen? I think there's a company advertised on reddit selling a rechargeable vibration attachment, but I'm using the full blown kit from elitemaletraining.com/products/
