I am uncut so finding a reputable provider who was willing to do PMMA on uncircumcised was a bit limited but this forum helped a ton. I understood the risks of doing treatment uncut but it's something I don't want to do (get circumcised) so ultimately I decided to do my first session with Dr. Liu who was extremely professional and very responsive throughout the procedure. He has an office in SF and Beverly Hills . My point of contact was a woman named Vicki who was extremely helpful and guided my throughout the process. She even checked on me when I had kidney stones but that was a different story unrelated. She helps set up the calls/communications/billing etc and she's very nice/informative to deal with. Audrey - I think was one of the nurses/receptionist was very sweet and welcoming when I came into the office. Dr Liu uses PMD to do most of the communication and he has a ton of experience in this area. My beginning measurements were as follows. 7 BPL 4.7 EG 3.75 FG After the first session - We did 18 Syringes due to my length - Dr Liu is pretty conservative regarding uncut patients and didn't want to push more which I respect After a few weeks My stats were 6.5 BPL (I did seem to lose length but Dr. Liu assured me it would return over time. 5.25 EG (Most of the girth increase was in the middle section) 4.25 FG I opted to do a second session (12 CCs) a few months later to even out the filler and get a more uniform look. I always had the expectation it would take 2-3 sessions to get where I needed to be ascetically. I'm currently 3 weeks post procedure My stats are 6.6 BPL 5.5 EG (Again most of the increase is still in the middle section) 4.6 FG The second procedure didn't produce as much gain but it was expected with the lower volume and more focus on looks/symmetry. Most of the gain was still in the middle section but i was hoping to get more closer to the glans as that's something I will discuss with Dr. Liu if a third treatment is needed. I did get a little accordion effect/filler bunching up at the base but that seems to be decreasing as time passes so I'll see where that ends up. I did discuss with Dr. Liu who wants me to wait the full 6 weeks before addressing it. I'm gearing up expectation a third treatment is needed for symmetry. Overall I would strongly recommend Dr Liu if you're in SoCal and looking for PMMA. He's extremely pleasant and very professional to work with. And how would you deal with it? Also, do you have lumping / bulbous area on the top of the shaft? I ask because I had scrotal webbing procedure and 20cc of bellafil and I’m noticing a bulbous are on the top of the mid shaft and unevenness (right side of the shaft and near the glans) and will have to go in for touch ups. For example, Dr. Liu performs primarily Alloderm and Dr. Tsay favors Hyaluronic Acid (HA), but you could consult with them for consideration with respect to Bellafill (further example: Dr. Liu can and has used Bellafill to correct very minor spaces to give Alloderm an even more natural finish). Mostly massaging and stretching. I do still feel I need a third to even some spots at the base out more but overall good.
