So unless you are with the one I woudn't go that big. 6.25 or 16cm is the magic number, but might be too big for some I'm with one of the looser girls I have been with now and she definitely has the potential for a size queen. I would say she could take 7 but it would definitely be pushing the limit. 6.5 extender was a bit difficult for her. I am also naturally 7.5" long so it should look proportional. As far as tightness, we already have problems getting past 2 inches or so, but once in, no problems. I only can feel the first third or so, and then bottoming out. If I don't fully go in, I have very minimal sensation. I do not think an O-shot would help.
