Maybe 35% on the bottom and the rest on sides and top. The majority of the rest that I will do will be on the sides and top and towards the base as I continue to stretch to gain more length. I hang for hours everyday, weekdays typically 3 hours at the current time. I do between 15-30 minute sessions. I like btc and a straight pull in front of me. I just got 25 but I am wondering when you can start physical activities. What did you use after the procedure to prevent turtleing? I saw some people saying not to wear a sleeve and using a noose/ bungie tied around their head. Can you still do compression Hanging? Or do you use a vac Hanger? That extender along with the apex extender has a weight setting so I previously used 10lb but I decided to use only 5lb for resistance instead of the normal 10lb that I use. Anyway vac hangers still use a vacuum and I remember they said don't use a pump which also uses a vacuum because it will cause a dent in the PMMA? Like I'd have to use a noose with the stretcher until 8 weeks after the surgery? What's your take?'can I use a vac Hanger 9 days or right after the procedure? Or use a noose? I feel like on side near my head has a low spot now which I guess maybe I never noticed before but I remember they said dont use a pump or that will happen.
