Even if you're turtled up, once that shot goes in, FLOOP, your Dick slaps against your leg. And echoing what he said, cream first, then shot. Fuckall pain. Reminds me of the novocaine you get at the dentist, but honestly, less painful than that. And when the numbing wore off post procedure that injection spot was probably the most tender, not the location of the actual filler. If you have weights, great, if you have to use your hand, pray to the carpal tunnel gods and do it. IF they wrap it to keep it extended, leave it alone. Tomorrow you can heat, massage, and extend some more, but keep that thing from Turtling much as possible.
