TOPIC: Finally Took The Plunge!

Hey Everyone,

5 years ago I made a post stating it was time for me to commit. I didn’t. Wasn’t ready. Since then I’ve continued to follow the journey of others on this fantastic site, learning and waiting for the right time for me. Well, that time came 2 days ago. Before going into the details of my experience, I want to provide some updated info about me. I’m now in my late 50’s, still married to my wonderful wife, now have 4 grandkids, changed jobs twice, and have dropped 25 pounds. I’ve also spent a lot of time working on becoming less of a Grower trying to eliminate my biggest concern about having Girth enhancement, poor aesthetics due to severe retraction. Between those efforts and my weight loss, I’ve been successful. My beginning stats are:

NBPFL: 3.00
FG: 3.50
NBPEL: 5.25
BPEL: 6.00
MSEG: 4.50
BEG: 4.75

After much research on this site and taking the advice that Skeptical_One, Texas, and others have given to so many posters, I chose HA over PMMA. The ability to dissolve the HA if needed was my deciding factor for now. My next decision was choosing a provider. Again, I leaned on the experiences of everyone here. I did my due diligence and interviewed several providers near me, including one who I found out was using Silicone. I was mainly talking to other providers to find out their experience and approach including filler used, injection technique, post-op protocol, and of course, price. Let’s just say, the providers who are either sponsors or are recommended here are the only ones I would trust ( my opinion). Ultimately, I chose PhalloFILL.

The Dallas PhalloFILL team is top-notch. Everyone there has been fantastic, answering all my questions and providing all the information I needed. I had my first treatment of HA 2 days ago. A total of 5 units was injected. Beau was absolutely awesome. His demeanor and the way he explained everything that was going to be done really helped me to relax. The only painful point was the 1st lidocaine injection. Until you have someone stick a needle in your Dick you just don’t know what to expect! The whole procedure took about 30 minutes. Once the injections were done, a silicone sleeve was rolled on to keep my penis extended and help keep everything in place. I have to wear the sleeve for 3 weeks, taking it off every 3 days to clean it and replace it. The 1st time I can take it off is tomorrow so, I’ll get some pictures and post them. I’ve attached some before pictures both Flaccid and Erect.

After three days I was able to remove the silicone sleeve to wash it and replace. Swelling and bruising were not too bad. Here are a couple photos at that point. I have to continue wearing the sleeve another 2 weeks. After that I’ll update again. Thanks!

Thanks Den-SG. I’m very happy with the results from my 1st treatment. Adding the filler over 2 or more sessions should work extremely well for me. I’m more interested with aesthetics and will sacrifice some extra Girth as a trade off. I’ll post my gains from session #1 at the end of this week. Time to schedule session #2. Thanks!

Update: It’s been about 6 weeks since having round 2 at the Dallas PhalloFILL location. I had 6 units (7.2ml) injected this round bringing the total to 11 units (13.2ml). This round Bill, the founder of PhalloFILL, did the injections. The whole process took about 30 minutes and since it was my second round it was much easier. Bill is a great guy and we had a nice conversation throughout. The amount of bruising I experienced this time was much less than the 1st round and it was gone in about half the time. The results are excellent. Very smooth and everything feels completely natural. Erections do not feel squishy at all. Using the silicone sleeve they give you makes the process of healing so easy. I know it can be a pain to have to wear the sleeve for 3 full weeks but I’ll I can say is just do it. The results speak for themselves. Between the 2 rounds I’ve gained .50” in Girth both Flaccid and Erect. Work has gotten very busy so I’m planning to go for round 3 late this year or in early January. I’ve attached some update pictures.

Great results. With HA less is more. You still have great vascularity, too . I’d do one more and call it a day. It lasts much longer than advertised for most people.

Thanks Dickwhitman79 - I appreciate it. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend PhalloFILL. HA may cost more over time but knowing it is reversible provides a lot of comfort as you go through the process. I will definitely stop adding Girth after round 3 and go into maintenance mode. Also, after what I’ve experienced to this point, I will likely in the future consider something longer lasting but not permanent like Ellanse. Good luck to everyone contemplating an enhancement of any kind. Knowing what I know now I would have done this years ago. For those of you on the fence, go with your gut. Thanks!

What did you do to work on being a Grower? You said you spent a lot of time on it?

Thanks for asking Johnsmore. I made various attempts to be less of a Grower, and spent way more money than I should’ve. I wasn’t looking for a “magic bullet”, I was just looking for something that worked for me. I tried Jelqing, pumping, and various stretchers, including the Phallosan Forte which is a very well made but expensive stretching device. Unfortunately, none of this worked for me, not due to time and commitment, but probably due to my physiology. Pumping was very helpful because it stretched my skin which will help with the volume of filler I can take and ultimately my aesthetics. The one device that worked for me is the RestoreX stretcher which was developed to help with Peyronie’s disease. It is not cheap but it definitely provides a consistent strong stretch. It was developed in cooperation with the Mayo Clinic. Those with Peyronie’s disease are supposed to use it for two 30 minute sessions per day. I purchased it when it first came out and actually called their customer service to see if it had been used for penile lengthening. At that point, no studies had been done to test the device for that. I used it over the past 18 months or so for about 10 hours per week and it has helped me. Let me be clear, I am not recommending that anyone try the RestoreX stretcher, I’m just relaying what worked for me. I’m also older (just turned 59) than most of the guys posting on the forum and I would have to say with age your sexual muscles “loosen” / change along with our biceps, triceps, etc. So, things just hang a little easier than they used to hang. My recommendation would be to spend time here reading what others have done that helped them and decide if that might work for you. There is so much great information on this forum but it takes time to read through it. I can honestly say I’ve probably spent over 100 hours reading the progress reports, testimonials, and reviews etc. that everyone has posted. It was time well spent and I am very grateful for all the different perspectives shared here. I’m sure this is way more than you were looking for when you asked your question but I wanted to share my perspective / journey. Here’s another update: Had round 3 done mid-January so it’s been about 8 weeks. I had 7 units done this round and gained between 1/4” and 1/3”. After the 3 rounds I’ve gained a total of about 3/4” both Flaccid and Erect. I’ve had a total of 18 units now. Everything looks and feels great. Hard not soft at all. I’ll be going in for my 4th and likely final full round. I’ll be doing 6 units to get me to an even 24 and then I’ll plan on going in for maintenance injections after that. Comparing your first photo with your most recent it looks like you have made good enhancements...Good fortune on the next round. Thanks for sharing.

Can you provide some more detail information on on how you used the RestoreX (hours per day, how many days per week, Number of weeks) and the results (cm gained).

I used the RestoreX sporadically when I first purchased it. Probably 2 days a week for the recommended two 30 minute sessions. I really noticed a difference after I made the decision to get filler done. That’s when I committed to using the stretcher on a consistent basis and delayed my first filler session by about 18 months. Originally I was leaning towards PMMA and since I tended to retract a lot, Avanti recommended using a stretcher prior to starting filler sessions. I started using the RestoreX 5 to 6 days a week for about 10-15 total hours per week. My Flaccid length increased about 2 cm. What it really helped was reducing the amount I retracted when Flaccid. Getting filler really helps lessen retraction as well. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions let me know. Thanks!
